History
Established in 1996.
Mary and Tom planted 11 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in the valley below their home in west Marin in 1996. Joining forces with winemaker Dan Goldfield, they released their first vintage of Pinot Noir in 2002. In 2003, they released both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vintages; cool climate, burgundian varieties of small production, high quality wines that were praised by some of the finest sommeliers in San Francisco: Eugenio Jardim (Jardinière), Jonathan Waters (Chez Panisse), Rajat Parr (RN74)…the list goes on.
