I tried to take a few short cuts for my wedding by using some cheap online vendors. Not surprisingly, the quality was terrible and in one case, the products didn’t even ship! Two days before the wedding, I showed up at QPS and James saved me. He was super patient, professional and fast. I picked up escort cards, table numbers, programs and posters 24 hours later and just in the nick of time. They could have ripped me off, but QPS was straight up affordable. James = HERO.

I was thrilled when I discovered them, so close and convenient to my home in West Side Petaluma.
I am a small Business owner, and initially just needed some laminating done.
I found QPS to be extremely fast, professional and affordable.
I have been wanting banners for my business, but the other shops had been too expensive, unorganized, unhelpful, unprofessional and inconvenient.
Because of my excellent first experience with QPS, I decided to try them out for my banners.
I had a basic idea of what I wanted, but needed a Professional to put it all together.
James was absolutely amazing!
He was brilliant.
He took my very fundamental ideas, and designed 2 spectacular banners.
I mean, they are perfect!
Better than I could have ever created or imagined.
He was unbelievably quick, and the whole process was ridiculously inexpensive.
I have always wanted banners at the barn where I train, and now I have ones that I am super proud of.

I own a small business in Petaluma, CA. On several occasions I’ve needed printing services that were not your «everyday order» (i.e. I need 50 copies of this). Every time I’ve gone in needing help… I’ve gotten it. Every time I’ve gone in needing a solution to a problem… I’ve gotten it. The staff in great, the owner is great, the prices are great, the location is great… the service is great… and the experience is great. I have no need to use any other printing services, personal or business!

I have used this place time and again and they have always taken care of me.
They do printing as the name says but can also help with marketing/​adds etc etc
David the owners always been helpful. and a few times they’ve help set up print adds free of charge were other wanted hundreds of $$$.
Good bank for the buck, They understand how to help me grow my company.

Called 30 minutes before I needed documents printed and they were beyond nice and accommodating. Much cheaper than kinkos. You can communicate via email and they are super responsive! Anything you need try them first!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Quality Printing for at least 15 years — I’ve worked at three different jobs during that time, and each time QPS has been my printer of choice. Quick turnaround, great personal customer service, lots of machines for different print needs — from business cards to blueprints. They’ve gone out of their way to make jobs work for me and I appreciate it. That’s why I keep coming back.

Edited for clarification and length — DAVID was the one who «helped» me. Turns out he was the owner — which figures. He immediately acted like I was taking up his time rather than bringing him business. His overall demeanor was awkwardly rude, condescending and curt. After he decided to do reprints for me, he did it grudgingly, as if he was doing me a huge favor and that I should be grovelling at his almighty Printmaster feet. FOR 30 B&W prints. I kept the prints I had proofed earlier (as he states in his comment to this original post) and had asked for 30 reprints of art pieces that were simply too hard to even see. A good print shop knows when something comes out obviously too dark, not try and blame it on me or the program I’m using. Why did none of the other print shops have troubles? BOTTOM LINE– David was an ass, the prints were adequate at best and the white borders left on the prints were all different dimensions. But what really matters to consumers most of all — I went to two other print shops beside his during my project (I needed hundreds of prints done and was shopping for QUALITY) and had hands down, a MUCH MUCH better experience at these other shops. Some of which were given of the exact same art files that I gave to QPS… the difference in the final product was astounding. No comparison.

David and his team were incredibly helpful for me in preparing various printing pieces for a memorial service that I had recently. They were efficient, timely and created great pieces for me, making the best of what I had to print, e.g. old or grainy photos and I’m very pleased with the results. Thanks, David! 5 Star Service is not something I hand out without a reason. These folks completely surprised and delighted us by exceeding our expectations — delivering on a rush, last minute job. They gave us a great price (blowing away all competitive bids), turned the job around faster than promised (several hours earlier, mind you), and communicated with us pro-​actively. We got a call and an email that the job was finished. When we picked it up, it was ready to go and perfectly done. We’ve never loved a printer as much as we love them! They made it look easy and they made us look like heroes to our clients. Thanks to all of the staff — We’re big fans now!

went to Quality Printing for the printing of a tri-​fold marketing brochure for an upcoming expo. The service was excellent, well above and beyond the call of duty. The copy was not correctly formatted and they performed the extra development quickly and for no charge. Even though the deadline was very short, they completed the project in plenty of time. We received several compliments about the tri-​fold at the expo and it helped promote our business. I highly recommend Quality Printing. They are worth five stars!
