Please visit my San Francisco Yelp Page. I recently opened my practice in Petaluma on Thursdays. I work well with adolescents and adults. I am comfortable working with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, difficulty or dissatisfaction in career, and balancing professional and personal life.

History

Established in 2013.

I practice psychotherapy and counseling in Petaluma and San Francisco with adolescents and adults. Prior to this I worked in business for 10 years and therefore understand the dynamics of corporate culture.

My pre-​graduate experience was with the Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center and my post-​graduate experience was with the Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center as an intern, at the Mcauley Adolescent Psychiatric as a volunteer and year long intensive studies at both the C. G Jung Institute in San Francisco and the Northern California Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #53 839 and work with children, adolescents, and adults and help you in understanding how your inner forces may be causing suffering, confusion, and difficulty.

With respect to children I help aid them in thriving in their world and with adolescents navigating the crazy world of growing up. These changes are often difficult but they can also be wonderful.

My approach to therapy is warm, engaging, spiritual, and creative.

I approach my patients as human beings who are trying to find their place in the world or make it.

Often the greatest human suffering is in the belief that everything you are doing or going through is your fault.

While some of your issues may have a self-​generated core it’s very important to know where that ends. In other words, similar to the serenity prayer, its important to know what you can actually change.
