This place sucks so bad! I would NEVER go to this store or ANY other Metro again! They say they are «Customer Oriented» but they are full of $HIT! They dont know what they are doing! I bought a phone they didnt set it up correctly and now I have calling and texting but no Data!!! They are the MOST horrific people EVER and I would NEVER EVER go to them. Yes they are cheap, but you are getting cheap too! This was for 2 – 13 year olds since they use their phones ²⁴⁄₇ and if I had them on my Verizon, they would send me to the bank! They are HORRIBLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Me and My girlfriend went in to buy new phones. The dude behind the counter seemed to be a nice stand up guy. We picked out the phones we wanted and were ready to buy them and get service on them. The price he gave us seemed too high and when we asked him to break down all the fee’s and charges he couldn’t do it but we still bought to phones and hooked him up. After a couple days of feeling like we paid too much, we went to another Metro in Petaluma where they had the same deal for the phones we bought. We got an estimate that was $ 60 cheaper. We told him we had been over charged and if they could call and talk to him about giving our $ 60 back. After alot of hassle we finally got our money back he overcharged us. highway robbery. YOU’V BEEN WARNED!
