Business Owner
I am an honors graduate of the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco and have completed 720 hours of massage therapy training. My training consisted of work in both Western and Eastern modalities — including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Myofascial Therapy, Reflexology and Energy Work. During my time with NHI — I worked regularly with the public, both in and out of school, through our weekly public clinics, as well as our 56 hour externship program.
I have always been a fan of massage and its benefits, but I can honestly say that after completing my program with NHI — I am forever a believer in what massage can do for the body, mind and soul. Not only can massage be a way to relax and decrease tension in your muscles, but it also has the potential to create balance and calm within your entire being. I have experienced this catharsis with massage in the past, and it is my hope that I am able to create that same experience for you.
