The stress of being in debt can cause problems for you, your family, your career, your relationships, and your mental and physical health. The harassment of creditors can be very difficult to deal with, especially if you are facing other challenges. At the Law Offices of David P. Gardner, we help clients get a fresh start through bankruptcy. If you are struggling under the weight of debt, you may want to seriously consider bankruptcy as an option. You may be weighing advantages and disadvantages of debt relief as you deal with the daily pressures of having bills on the table that you simply cannot pay. Each year more than a million Americans utilize bankruptcy as a means of obtaining relief from debts that they cannot afford to service. By filing for bankruptcy you can discharge many types of debt, stop creditor harassment, end wage garnishments and repossessions through the protection of the Bankruptcy Court. David Gardner earned a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property & Technology Law, with a focus on federal and state trademarks. He also holds an Engineer-In-Training certificate from the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Before earning his Juris Doctor degree he worked for many years as an engineering technician practicing civil, structural and mechanical design, and has personally constructed numerous residential projects.
