I just returned from Italy and surrounding countries and had the chance to climb almost 2000 steps to the fort on top of a mountain in Kotor, Montenegro. Without Jazzercise and the great instruction by Diana, I don’t think I could have done it! By the way, I just celebrated my 70th birthday, so, thanks to Jazzercise and Diana, I’m in better shape than ever!

Diana teaches a great Jazzercise class! She has a terrific mix of music and she really seems to enjoy herself, which makes the class more enjoyable for all of us. I have taken Jazzercise all over the country from over 15 teachers and Diana is one of my favorites. She is able to keep us entertained with her ‘patter’(which I find endlessly amusing), while keeping us on track with regular corrections and guidance on technique. Jazzercise is a fantastic fitness program and Diana is a great way to experience it!

I have been«jazzercising» for over twenty years all over the bay area and Diana is the best instructor I have ever had. She genuinely cares about each and every one of her students and teaches so that anyone can walk into class and get a great workout. In just one hour you can walk away knowing and feeling that you have really worked your body and it’s also alot of fun!

Bravo! In honor of reigning in the new year with 24⁄7 workouts my coworker Meghan L. and I decided to head to Jazzercise. I kinda wished I had a hot pink leotard, black spandex and leggings, but my old gym clothes suited fine. It is taught in a small community theater venue and the instructor is onstage so everyone can see fine. We were by far the youngest people there but had a ton of fun. Everyone was welcoming and the workout made us sweat! The teacher is just what you’d expect from a Jazzercise class, really upbeat and toned. Everything we did well got a ‘Bravo!’ which fed my ego. :-) The class is taught in a way that you can burn tons of calories or just get your heart going a little. The hardest part for me was getting used to being so ‘jazzy’. I go to hip hop classes and while the moves are all the same they are done way different. Very fun although I wish they had showers cause I feel nasty at work! Class schedule as of January 2008 is: MWF: 9:15am — 10:15am T/TR: 6pm — 7pm W:(Body Sculpt — weight training only): 6pm — 6:45pm There are weekend classes as well, but I didn’t pay attention to those since I live in SF.
