Ike Tolks – State Farm Insurance Agent

If I could, I would give this business zero stars! Don’t get me wrong, I gave «Ike and his team» several chances to make up for their lack of customer service, constant harassment to try and sell me Life Insurance, and just plain rude office staff! I’ve had my insurance there for several years because I’ve always tried to overlook and continue to make excuses for their poor customer service. Also, being a busy single parent, I never wanted to go thru the trouble of changing things. But as insurance premiums went up and customer service continued to go down, I had tolerated enough! Something as simple as calling to get information on my own policy and being questioned as to why I didn’t have it already was the last straw! AAA here I come! Goodbye and good riddance to Ike and his unfriendly crew!

Ike Tolks has been my agent for 26 years. I signed up with him through my mom at age 16. His staff is wonderful. Some of them have been with him longer than I have. You get personal attention. When you call they take care of you right away. No long hold on the phone. Very good service.
