Felix’s Landscaping & Tree Service

I did not have the same experience as some of the other negative reviewers — Felix was polite, and on time and explained what the service would include. Did a great job on the tree and the price seemed reasonable.
However… he or his workers broke 2 flagstones (didn’t bother telling me), broke the pot our lemon tree is in (didn’t bother to tell me), must’ve dropped a rather large branch on the gate next to the tree as it now doesn’t close properly (not a big deal, but again, didn’t mention it, and in their defense they may not have realized it). The service was SUPPOSED to include removing all trimmings, and while they did remove the majority of it, I was surprised to find my green waste container full when they left.
Overall, nice job on the tree (4 stars), but weak job on cleanup and honesty. I mean, just tell me what broke. I wouldn’t have cared — totally would’ve understood. Accidents happen. But not telling me, well that’s why I can’t recommend or use again.

Felix was recommended.
I have five acres much of which needs a clean up then routine maintenance.
Felix came to my property for the first time today. He was late, impatient and rude.
He was angry that I did not tell him fast enough exactly what I wanted done.
He gave me no chance.
It was quickly apparent that I did not want him working around my family, animals or neighbors.
I asked him to leave. I could never recommend the company!

I would not recommend Felix Service for anything. Poor customer service and the owner is very rude!

I’ve been using this company to service my yard for 7+ years now… maybe longer.
I used to struggle once or twice a month on my day off from work and between my three kids getting the lawn mowed, roses pruned, shrubs trimmed etc etc
I don’t have to think about it, its just done, quickly, every few weeks.
They don’t let the place get run down either… i don’t have to ask when they are gonna trim or «spruce» up.

We have been using Felix for over 10 years. They arrive on time, work hard and rarely need any direction. Felix also communicates well and adjusts gardening for the seasons. All the other landscaping people we have hired over the years were pathetic in comparison. Barb W’s review needs to be removed off of Unilocal.Who knows how it got past their algorithm.
