enLuce’s Dana Hargitay has photographed my children’s birthday parties for the past 4 years and we absolutely love her and her stellar work. She’s so friendly and easy to work with, makes everyone feel comfortable with the camera, and her photos capture the best candid moments — there are always so many good pics, its hard to decide which one to frame. She’s also extremely punctual and professional. 5 stars for enLuce!

Dana was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer. Since our first conversation over the phone, I could tell that her experience and vision aligned exactly with what my wife and I were seeking. When we met her in person about a month before the wedding, we clicked immediately. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident early on. Not to mention her breathtaking photos!
On the wedding day, Dana was timely and was ready to work, even bringing her brother to help, though we did not pay for an additional photographer. She helped direct people for our formal shots while remaining friendly and courteous. I will never forget her Elmo dance to get our flower boy to pay attention for our shot together! She managed to get incredible shots throughout the wedding without being intrusive. Everyone who has seen the photos has commented on how beautiful and unique they were, and that they were able to perfectly capture the spirit of the wedding day. Also, we received all proofs online within 2 weeks and received the USB device within 3.5 weeks.
We would hire Dana again in a heartbeat! I wish we could do it all again!

I could not be happier with the entire experience of working with Dana to photograph our Wedding reception.
First off she picked up the phone the night before Thanksgiving and squared a lot of the important details immediately, this sharpness/​attention to detail at just the right moment was just a glimpse of what was in store for us.
Communication was perfect and on the day of the event Dana was firing on all cylinders. Having a background in photography myself it was wonderful to watch her work her magic. She orchestrates a scene like a true master managing small but important aspects on the fly and troubleshooting when problems arise. I was very impressed at her ingenuity in certain situations.
In the end you are left with the photographs and let me say they are incredible, a full range of amazing photography. There is so much to love; from the style, documentation, artistry, and they are technically excellent.
Oh yeah and I forgot to mention we got the results processed in under a week! Highly Suggested!!!

We hired Dana and enLuce Photography to take corporate head shots for our website. She was fantastic. Not only did she make everyone feel comfortable, but she made 11 attorneys happy with her results — not a small feat. The end results were great photos of very different individuals. This review is long overdue. I have had the privilege as being selective to make a few wedding cakes that enLuce Photography happened to have been selected as the photographer. I always check back with photographers after the event to see photos of the extremely special events we are selected to get a glimpse of, and all of that depends on the eye of the photographer. Both weddings we worked I have to say the photos were spectacular. I highly recommend enLuce Photography for your event, they not only deliver stunning work but play nicely with other vendors that do a ton of stuff behind the scenes, so being awesome is a huge bonus. With hiring enLuce you know that you have added a great team making your special day go without a hitch while perfectly coordinate your day so you don’t have to.

I cannot say enough about enLuce Photography. My husband and I worked with Dana and Gina for our wedding this past June in Tahoe — we got all the photos a couple weeks ago and not only are we thrilled with the outcome, we keep hearing from all our family and friends what gorgeous picture we have.
My husband and I were drawn to enLuce because of the candid nature of the wedding photography. We aren’t huge fans of tons of staged shots so Dana’s work really appealed to us. After a short phone conversation it was easy to conclude that Dana would be great to work with. She has such a fun, outgoing personality which I felt confident would help to put us at ease and elicit the most natural photographs.
We met Dana in person in mid-​January for engagement photos in San Francisco. Such a fun day! I am really happy we got to meet her before our wedding day, not only because it helped to put us at ease but also she is just an awesome person. I really could not wait to see her again and have more fun capturing amazing moments.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I love that I can relive that through the gorgeous photos. Not to mention the things we didn’t get to see on that day! Everyone tells you your wedding day flies by, and I can attest that is the truth. It means so much to have all these photos from enLuce capturing our family and friends celebrating our day.

I don’t even know where to start. We hired enLuce for our wedding. We could not be happier. Gina and Dana are so easy to work with. Our plans were fluid up until a few days before the wedding and they handled all the changes with ease.
On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. It was a small event with just immediate family. We really enjoyed having Dana as part of the day. She was funny, worked really well with my family, including my 6-​year-​old nephew. Dana was very adept at getting that finicky, camera-​shy kid into the photos.
Speaking of the photos, they were WONDERFUL. A perfect mix of classic, artistic, and candid shots. She really captured the day perfectly.
I’m writing this review 6 days after my wedding — because I just got the proofs online. Read that again — 6 days from the event to touched up proofs online. That’s insanely fast.
Everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a talented, fun, professional photographer, this is as good as it gets.

Gina photographed my wine country wedding this summer and did an amazing job! After the wedding, one thing I kept hearing from our guest was, «I LOVED your photographers!»
Gina and her sister Dana did such a great job corralling our large family, getting great candid shots, artful posed shots and capturing some of the really heartfelt moments of the day. Gina was also a great resource ahead of the wedding in helping us plan out our timeline. We wanted to spend as much time as possible AT the wedding enjoying time with friends and family rather than running around posing for pictures by ourselves, and she made that happen.
I can’t gush enough about how great it was to have Gina and Dana as part of our wedding! They were low key and never in the way, and brought a very relaxed but professional vibe. And we had fun with them! They’re easy to laugh with, and stayed really in tune with us throughout the day. Not only do they have a great presence, but also a ton of talent — we have amazing photos!

We had a very small elopement style wedding in July and enLuce was very highly recommended by the event planner at our hotel. I was concerned that it may be difficult to book a photographer with our requests: only about a month in advance for a City Hall wedding ceremony in San Francisco followed by a small lunch reception at Hotel Vitale for us and 10 of our friends and family. Gina very promptly called to follow up with my inquiry and was always ready to answer my questions, and I had many!
I could not be happier with their work! Gina was great at the business end, making sure everything was scheduled and planned. One thing I think many photographers forget to do is ask their bride for a shot list. Not only did they request that from us, but they were so accommodating to my 6 page supply of inspiration photos and semi-​unreasonable schedule. Can you believe that we had couple photos in and all around City Hall, family photos outside City Hall, our wedding ceremony, candid photos of our guests, photos from our room/​balcony at Hotel Vitale (with the incredible Ferry building behind) and photos of our reception/​guests/​cakes/​etc. in the restaurant all in a TWO HOUR session?!
Dana’s photos were beautiful! We had gorgeous artistic photos with incredible architecture, lovely photos of our ceremony, amazing candid photos of us with our families, and beautiful couple shots. While my husband and I may be decent looking people, we take terrible photos! Somehow, Dana managed to capture nano seconds in time where we both looked good. And she was so much fun! Definitely the kind of person I would love to be friends with and hang out with. Needless to say, I am now friends with her on facebook so I can continue to see her beautiful photos.
What could be better than great business etiquette, gorgeous photos and friendly people? Um, the price! We had a very narrow budget of $ 2000 for our entire wedding and enLuce didn’t break the bank for us. We just about evenly split our budget between photography, food and venue. (And by venue I mean our overnight accommodations in the gorgeous top floor terrace suite at Hotel Vitale, right across the street from the Ferry building with superb views of the bay). If you don’t think you have the budget for top notch photography, think again! We got everything we could have hoped for with Dana and Gina. I highly (highly!) recommend them for any photography need. I know we will call them again in the future.

THE BEST! I am so happy that I chose enLuce Photography for my wedding. They made the day easy and stress-​free providing enough direction to got all of the shots we wanted but not too much where it could have become overwhelming. They did a fantastic job capturing beautiful candid moments and even made the camera shy look their finest.
I would highly recommend working with them and found their prices to be reasonable for the services they offer. They were easy to work with and very responsive up to the wedding and provided many recommendations when I felt creatively stuck.

Gina and Dana from En Luce are as good as it gets! As a wedding planner, I know it’s important not to only have the artistic and photo capability, but to also be organized and on top of things. They always responded to our emails promptly, and were well aware of the wants and needs of the bride & groom. They made sure to get all those shots on our shot list! ;) They were aware of the timeline and I didn’t have to «baby sit» them as I sometimes have to with other photographers and vendors. They made my job so much easier!
To top it off, they are just the sweetest, warm and welcoming people you have ever met. Which makes a huge difference to everyone they are around. They are friendly and warm, which makes capturing photos with everyone that much easier, because you can be comfortable around them.
Though I’m based in LA and Hawaii, I hope to get the opportunity to work with them again in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the all around 5 star package when it comes to photography.

Dana and Gina are fantastic!!! We chose them to shoot our March wedding in Yountville and we couldn’t be happier with the result. All of the expressions and scenes they captured were so fun, natural and honest. We only had 38 people and they highlighted everyone and each locale/​event beautifully.
They were so easy to work with and seamless. I still have no idea how they got some of the shots they did because I never saw them or felt like they were «in the way.»

As a wedding planner in the Bay Area, I know that the secret to a successful wedding is the strength and talent of the team of vendors hired to pull it off. Being a total perfectionist with a very strong personality and high expectations, not all vendors are cut out for highly detailed and fast paced weddings. Dana and Gina are a wedding planner’s dream team — professional, smart, talented and super creative.
As wedding professionals, we all have a certain degree of pressure based on our role and clients expectations but wedding photographers have the largest since they are documenting the day. These ladies are consummate professionals who are always ready, get every shot and do it with ease and a smile. I love working with them. Never at any point in a highly stressful situation am I worried about what the the photographers are doing when they are onsite. These ladies never miss a detail and they are going above and beyond to make the clients feel comfortable and happy.
Also, they possess a rare skill set that is incredibly valuable. They are able to equally capture both outdoor and indoor venues beautifully. I have worked with them in vineyard weddings in Napa and also in dark ballroom weddings in San Francisco, and their images as just as stunning every time.
Unlike other photographers that I work with, these ladies process and edit like lightning. They turn out final photos in weeks, not months.
Based on their amazing personalities, creative artistry and professionalism, they are at the top of my list of referrals for my clients time and time again.

We worked with EnLuce for our May 2012 pre-​wedding photos in Jack London Square and our November 2012 wedding in downtown San Francisco.
EnLuce Photography was the first vendor we contracted with after the venue thanks to the introduction by our wedding planner. The images on EnLuce’s website and sample albums speak for themselves. The correspondence exchange prior to the wedding was a breeze. Dana was able to quickly put us at ease during our engagement shoot and the day of our wedding.
After seeing our wedding images I can attest Dana and Gina truly capture images that tell the story of the day from start to finish. What I appreciate the most is once the ceremony began I almost forgot photographers were shooting. While reviewing our wedding photos for the first time I often found myself thinking «I wonder where the photographers were standing when they captured that shot.» They captured stunning, intimate photos without letting their presence known.

From the minute I met Dana Hargiaty and Gina Logan (sisters!) I knew I was in good hands. My then fiancé, now husband, and I booked enLuce Photography to shoot our wedding and we have received our pictures and couldn’t be happier. Let me tell you briefly about the process…
First we met with Gina, who showed us a ton of albums of all sizes and materials so we got to know Dana’s style of photography. She has a great eye, is really artistic, and the colors in the final versions are just amazing. We knew we were interested after seeing those, and Gina worked with us to build a custom package of just what we were interested in.
Then we met with Dana at the wedding location, at the same time as the wedding would be. She told us that way she could see the lighting and how it would effect where we should shoot. We walked around for over an hour and she had amazing ideas and was really passionate about the whole process. We knew we had chosen the right photographer!
The day of the wedding Dana and Gina (who also does photography), as well as another shooter were on time, so friendly, and were completely professional. They made sure to get all the pictures on our «shot list» while making it fun and not stuffy. They really captured our personalities, which is what its all about.
