This is the second time we have used eMortgages to refinance our home. On both occasions the process couldn’t have been smoother. Any time we called with any questions or called just to check on how things were going at the Title Company, we always received a prompt and accurate answer. With rates as low as they have been, we’ve ended up saving a lot of money on mortgage interest per month. I have no hesitancy in recommending eMortgages to friends and family. Jehoshua Shapiro and his knowledgeable staff are doing a great job and should rates ever drop to 3.50% for a thirty year fixed, he’ll be getting another call. Very happy.

I have financed and re-​financed my mortgages 6 times with eMortgages since 2000 — their rates are very competitive, closing costs are low because the bank (instead of you) pays them. Their staff are very organized making the paperwork part very easy, they explain the process and what to expect next. I also noticed they have a large pool of mortgage companies to choose from — which is the main advantage of using eMortgages. Also getting a quote is painless. These are great people with alot of integrity — that’s why i’ve gone back to them. If you’re in need of a new home loan or refinancing your current one, this is the company that will get you a great loan. We have refinanced with them several times now and I know we’ve saved a lot of money over the years. There’s a lot of info on their website and they may even get you a better rate than what they advertise — it’s all in the timing! They manage everything for you — from the appraisal down to the loan doc signing. eMortgages is very efficient and you’re dealing with local people in the North Bay and that’s a good thing!

These guys are awesome. Recommended by a neighbor who had done extensive research and used them twice, I could not have been more pleased. Since I live in Petaluma, I was able to visit the office in person. After a brief meeting with Jehoshua, I was told that assuming my house appraised at a certain level, my new interest rate would drop from 6.25% to 3.99%! Ironically, my new mortgage is with the same lender as my original one, except now I’m saving $ 800/​month. The process was easy, straightforward and painless. I would recommend eMortgages to anyone considering refinancing their home.
