Bonnie and her team did an amazing job for my wedding! The guests are still talking about how great the food was. When I first booked Bonnie and told her our crazy menu idea, she took it to another level. We didn’t want the boring sit down or buffet dinner, but we created stations of our favorite foods. She absolutely exceeded our expectations. She also worked with our budget and still gave us everything we wanted! The day of the event, her staff was amazing and made sure that everything went smoothly and the guests were taken care of. I would highly recommend them to any wedding or event!

We booked everything and were introduced to Bonnie and Everett. What a great team the service from the tastings to the wedding were out of this world. Everyone complimented what a delicious dinner they had.

It’s simple… Bonnie will take care of you. That’s it. Just call her up and tell her what you want, or what you vision is, or even that you aren’t sure what you want, and she will make it happen. And not only is her food GREAT, and very reasonably priced, but her staff is INCREDIBLE.
I have been to several events catered by Cordoza’s, including one of my own, and the guests are always ranting and raving about Bonnie’s food. Whether you want to go fancy, or go with something more casual, like the fajita bar we went with, the food will always be top quality. Plus, because Bonnie is a local (as is her staff) she knows every venue in town and knows how to make even the smallest kitchen work. Plus, and best of all, she and her staff love what they are doing so even if you throw the biggest problem at her, she will smile, laugh about it with you, and then tell you how she is going to make it work.
Our event was fairly last minute, especially considering we lost our main venue and had to scramble to find another. Luckily, we found enough space for our group of 70+ but there was no kitchen and the quarters were going to be cramped for a caterer. What did Bonnie say? «No problem, I know that place, we will make it work.» Her crew was on time and didn’t fuss at all about having to help us move tables around in order to get ready. And the food was excellent. I knew that our out of state guests would like a fajita bar because most of them come from areas without Mexican food but I didn’t realize how much we would like it too. Everything was great and even though we had a few extra people show up, there was plenty of food and some of us even got to take the left-​overs. At least two of our guests have hired Cordoza’s to cater their events after attending ours.
And don’t think you need to have a huge event in order to benefit from catering. Bonnie can handle small intimate occasions too. The next time we have a dinner for 10 – 15 people, we are going to make it easy on ourselves by having Bonnie cater it. Not only will it save us the time of cooking but when you take into consideration the cost of food and the time it takes to shop for it and then prepare it, Cordoza’s is going to save you time and money.
I could go on and on and on (as I normally do in my reviews) but that would be silly because Cordoza’s is such an easy choice. Don’t believe me — call them up today and arrange for your own tasting. You will not only come away with your new caterer, but you will come away with new friends. You won’t meet nicer, more carrying, more accomodating folks than Bonnie and her crew.
