Gary and his crew are great! They made a custom laminate flooring order for our business, called us on the day promised, loaded it in my truck and even gave me some tips on how to install it. (They do installation but I am a ‘do it yourself-​er’.) Price was very reasonable.

One year later still loving the job these guys did for us. They have been back twice to fix a squeak without complaint. They treat you and your home with respect and really go out of their way to make you happy.
Definite pros. From sales staff to installation, this is who you need to see for your flooring project.

We have had an adventure with Abbey Carpet this last month and they have made us lifetime fans.
Chris, Drew and Luis are great. They were there for us and really helped us along in the process. There was a slight hiccup in the floors and they made it right, on their dime. And in a timely fashion.

They were very helpful. I wasn’t actually buying any carpet from them but was having a problem with a transition strip between a tile bathroom and carpeted room. They were more than happy to take the time to listen to my problem and then offer me a couple of solutions. I wasn’t expecting much since I was asking them Do-​It-​Yourself type questions so they surprised me with their customer service.
