Americantrust was bought out by this bank and several of the AT staff are still around. Customer service always came first with AT and it seems that it continues with the FBB. Although many of AT’s staff was let go, several of the staff remain and they are outstanding in their professionalism and service to locals. Especially Jennifer (mortgage services) and Stacy who handles everything from opening accounts, to answering questions to flashing a caring smile to everyone who comes through the door. This bank has small town personality with big city service.
