History

Established in 2006.

After years of experience in new and used bookstores and public and private libraries, Ann Burlingham moved home to Perry, started a family, and opened her dream business. The store is in the heart of historic downtown Perry, and has an eclectic selection of books for all ages, new and some used, as well as toys, gifts, magazines, and Perry’s first espresso bar. The store hosts group meetings, Magic the Gathering gaming, has a play area, accessible bathroom, and diaper-changing table. Being here for anyone who «feels like they’re the only one of whatever they are» is part of who we are. Community-building and community involvement are part of our mission.
