I had a very good experience here. I had a nice lady for the first time. I have never been to this location and honestly didn’t even know it was in the mall.
After having a horrible experience upstairs at bubbles I went to this hair place.
I have thick red hair and can be a pain to have cut because of the curliness of my hair. It looks awkward when cut short if not done correctly.
I thoroughly enjoyed my hair cut and love the faux hawk she cut for me. She was a pleasure to talk with and kept me entertained during the hair cut. I would definitely come back for a shape up with her!

I got my hair done here about two weeks ago. The girl did a good job however I WAS STOCKED when she told me my total. Everything is al la carte which I wasn’t expecting or us to. I got a wash, condition, «treatment» which was actually the same as the condition, a trim (which is a cut to them), blow dry straight (there are two different types of blow dry evidently), and flat iron all for a grand total of $ 70. I was expecting around $ 50 at most.
I will only go back for my trims (cut based on their pricing sheet) after my I do my perms while looking for a salon that does not charge a la carte.
FYI — That was my first at a Hair Cuttery so the pricing may be normal some people.

This Hair Cuttery can be pretty hit or miss. Sometimes there’s no wait and you’re in & out in 10 minutes. Other times, there are only one or two employees working and they’ve all got «appointments.» You could end up waiting an hour. Impossible to know until you walk in the door and see what kind of day they’re having.

One word: Don’t
Don’t go here. I am new to the area and was looking for a place. Stopped in here a couple months ago and told 10 minute wait. 2 employees and one left locking us all in. An hour later the manager came and opened up and cut my hair. She apologized, gave me a coupon and said this would never happen again. Went there today and told 25 minute wait. Never another word. After 45 minutes a customer came in and one of the girls passed on her customer and sat and chatted with this customer for 15 minutes. I left and went to Great Clips .5 miles up the road. No wait and great customer service.
Do not bother with the snobs and liars at this Hair Cuttery
