Do not waste your time or your money with this company! They are horrible and I urge you to stay away. If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a replacement skylight for my trailer. I was wondering where my order was after about 3 weeks. My husband called the company and was told my one of the employees that they were currently building a production trailer and due to no funds they had to wait to place the order for my part. Mind you the company charged my credit card before they even ordered or had the part in stock.
Finally after speaking to another weekend warrior trailer owner I was advised to go somewhere else for the part. Even though the part was more expensive I didn’t care based on their customer service. My husband called back the company a week later and the person he spoke to said they were waiting for more orders before ordering my part. I called and cancelled my order a couple of days later. The following day I received an email tracking of my UPS shipment. I emailed Warrior Lifestyles explaining I cancelled my order and they are sending me the shipment. Of course no acknowledgement by email or phone call follow-​up by the company.
If the package didn’t arrive earlier than expected I would have refused the package. I contacted the company for return shipment at no cost to me and a full refund. I had to call back twice to receive my refund. The customer service is horrible. A call to say my part was waiting future orders or something would have been nice, but they couldn’t do that. I
