When we first moved to this complex we were promises that we would be one of the first units to receive a washer and dryer(never came) and that they were going to change the empty gated block of cement into a playground(never happened). A year after this they promise a gym(no date set). The only units that have washer dryers are the employees and some of their«friends». This staff will fill you with empty promises to get you locked into a lease. When we first moved in the carpet was so hard as if they attempted to shampoo it and just left it there to dry yet they claimed it was new carpeting. The parking there is horrific. All the apts receive an assigned parking spot however once my parking permit fell on the car floor and I had a nasty threatening letter on my window saying they will tow me the next time(I was parked in my own spot). Keep in mind we give the plate numbers to the office when you first move in. Another time my mother in law stayed for the weekend and her car was towed from our assigned parking spot in less than a hour because someone stole the permit out of her car window. $ 300 to get the car out the next day. The apartment has a tow company that they allow to sit in the complex and tow peoples car resident or not. This is not the safest area because there were multiple burglaries and there are always shootings near the apartment. We ended up downsizing to a smaller unit and stayed for only 6 months. when we moved we were charged $ 600 for carpet, $ 60 for carpet cleaning,$ 200 for paint. Really! The carpets were not stained, burnt or damaged in any way. The walls were freshly painted when we first moved in so why the need to repaint if nothing was on the walls. The broiler on the oven was continually breaking and falling off. I just do not recommend this complex at all.
