We are a very unique consignment shop in Pepperell, Mass. We pride ourselves having the unusual and it wouldn’t’ be one time people find what they’ve been looking for, for years. A wonderful community shop that saves money, meet people and have fun.
History
Established in 2008.
The Friday Barn building was a sign shop called Signs Of Progress from 1978 — 2008 which served the local communities. The owner, Kim Gordon decided to make it a consignment shop just before she turned 50. We opened one day a week to try it out, thus the name The Friday Barn. The town finally allowed us to have 2 days a weeks after 2 ½ years of litigation to close us down. In their defense, they didn’t want this kind of shop to open up everywhere at peoples houses. We won and are now open Friday and Saturday from 8am — 6pm. We enjoy local people consigning and buyers saving money by being frugal when shopping in a consignment shop like ours.
