We are still a family owned and operated company and continue to offer exceptional service and high quality products. Our BioGuard chemical line is well known and nationally recognized and our Jacuzzi® Spa line has been sold and serviced by us since 1978!

We continue our tradition of exceptional services as we get close to our 55^th anniversary in business. We are a Jacuzzi® «National Exceptional Service» award winner for the past 11 years and a «National Sales Award» winner in 2001!

We service all we sell – and we only sell products made by quality manufacturers. We do not sub-​contract our technical repairs but hire and train our own technicians to perform any service and repair needed. Come and experience a company that cares about you after the sale.

History

Established in 1958.

Matley Swimming Pools & Spas has been a fixture in the Pepperell, Mass. area since 1958. The company started as a sole proprietorship, plumbing and heating company which was started by Handel Matley, Jr. Mr. Matley still continues with his reputation as a service-​oriented plumbing business.

Matley Swimming Pools & Spas was started by his wife, Maude, as on off-​shoot of the plumbing company by supplying pool and spa chemicals during their slower summer months. Since then Matley Swimming Pools & Spas has grown into its own by supplying exceptional service and supplies for over 50 years now.

Business Owner

Gary McQuaide is a Master Plumber in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and has been working with the Pool Business since 1978. With over 35 years of experience in the Swimming Pool and Spa Business, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every job he does. Gary attended the University of Lowell majoring in Civil Engineering. Gary has earned the Jacuzzi «Exceptional Service Award» for 11 years. When Gary isn’t working, he loves to play hockey and makes a fantastic Margarita!
