These guys came out to look at our septic system and were supposed to get back to us with their report. A month later, they never did, and they never answer their phone or return calls. Apparently they consist of one receptionist who I estimate works a 2 hour week, and one guy who actually does the work, who doesn’t feel any need to do the work. He sent us his «cell phone number». It’s the wrong number. I’m one day away from taking these guys to small claims court.

Bancroft-​Silva came out to my place in an emergency situation with my malfunctioning septic system and did so with professionalism and speed. No problems with them whatsoever.

These guys have never been to my house but I called them in an emergency situation on a Saturday evening and because it was a Saturday evening was told they wouldn’t come out. Thanks for nothing. Won’t give them business in the future.
