Usually I come here and it’s very good service, happy workers, they take their time and always do an amazing job! THIS TIME, everything was a mess. My friend and I showed up at the same time, started together at the same time, and I ended 20 minutes before her, we both were getting the same thing done. My massage was not even 2 minutes long… very very disappointed. I am not returning to this location here out.
My friend wanted a certain design which was VERY easy to do, it took three people and 2 mess ups before she said to no longer do a design.
Not happy.

Possibly the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had-​the place is hot and stuffy, I wasn’t offered anything to drink, the woman that did my toenails cut the big toe corner which is going to be painful in a couple weeks, I’m a runner so my 3^rd toenail is a little damaged and she clipped part of the nail and literally pulled off the other half with her hand, then threw it on the floor. She left some of the polish on my skin around the toenails, the big toenails are streaked, not smooth at all, and the top part-​the ridges I guess-​are still white. But the best part had to be when she rolled her eyes at me when I said I didn’t have cash for a tip, that it would have to go on the credit slip. DO NOT waste your money!

I used to come here all the time… Came to get my nails done for sisters wedding and it was 2 hours until closing time and I was upset that the lady was try to rush finish my nails. She wasn’t understanding what I wanted and telling other nail techs something in their language pointing at my nails. I demanded another tech to come and finish the job and got up and accused me of telling her“she doesn’t understand English. Totally unprofessional!!! If you want good quality work go to Azul day spa

This is my go-​to spot for perfect nails and to destress. It’s in a great location and all of the employees are just so talented at making art out of your nails. They’re super sweet too and always remember that I like my nails square but they can’t be sharp because of my puppies. I’ve been coming here for months and no longer try any other place. They truly are Top Notch!

I visited this location due to its proximity to my workplace and I needed a french mani-​pedi before I left for my flight for a wedding. The first lady, who I think is the owner of the place, did my pedicure. She did an OK job, but she criticized my lack of Vietnamese-​speaking skills, which is not very good customer service. I’m glad that even though your daughter was born here that she can speak it well, but not everyone is like that. I’d expect that kind of critique from my relatives, but not from a business owner who wants repeat customers.
The second lady who did my manicure was very nice and she did a good job as well. Overall, a little bit pricey, but I’ve come to expect that as the standard for Phoenix-​area salons.

I had my first eyebrow wax there today and never again. I honestly should have done my research, but I have driven by the salon for our three years, so I assumed they had a clue about what they were doing. Not so. I was immediately whisked into the back room to get my brows waxed, the woman said two words to me (if that), and I knew it went quick but at the end she didn’t even hand me a mirror to look into. I ended up fixing my brows at home, since she just slapped cream into my brows at the end without rubbing it in, and I got home with clumps of lotion all over my eyebrows. I tweezed a few strays as soon as i got home.
If they really do good nails, stick to that. A wax was a BAD IDEA and I won’t be returning. Ever.

Every single time I come here, I leave so happy!
They are clean, nice and they know what they are doing.
I have had a few times where I was iffy on a design and what they recommend turns out flawless!!!

Couldn’t be happier will definitely be making all my appointments with TIFFANY! The prices are perfect and never disappoint she fixed my nails to the way I wanted them! Easy to talk to they involve you into conversations and you can actually understand them. Love being greeted with something to drink and options for my nails while I’m waiting for my chair

The only reason I’m even putting two stars instead of one is because they were clean, organized, got me in right away and we’re very friendly when I called before. Also, because I saw other nail techs being super friendly and great to their customers.
Over at my table was a different story. The nail tech wasn’t necessarily rude, but it was very obvious she did not want to be doing my nails and was very preoccupied listening to all the conversations being had across the salon. If anyone has had a gel manicure before, you know it isn’t the fastest process. I’m not kidding you, start to finish including the nail prep and lotion after was barely over 15 minutes. When I noticed her rushing and getting sloppy I kept the time. Another thing we know with gel manis is that looking down at the finished product to see polish all over your skin and cuticles is the absolute worst. I tried having her clean some and she just looked annoyed and didn’t do much. When they get it all over your skin, it will either all start to lift if you leave it alone or start to crack off in bits everywhere if you try to clean it yourself.
I was leaving out of town later that day and didn’t have the time to sit there any longer to get them redone, so I just left unhappy and watched my gel all lift off in 4 DAYS. I know people have good experiences here, but my personal experience was rushed, lazy, and sloppy. First and last time here

After going to Top Notch I will never go anywhere else. Top Notch is amazing. It’s clean, the employees are very experienced and EXTREMELY nice. All of the nail techs speak really good English and are very sweet. The prices aren’t high at all. If you’re looking for an amazing nail salon GO TO TOP NOTCH NAILS. I can’t recommend this place enough. Also, I get my eyebrows done here and she does an absolutely amazing job. She reshaped mine and made them EXACTLY how I wanted. I adore this place and will never spend my money anywhere else!

Highly recommend this place! I have been going for about 6 months now and I get the SNS manicure. It is awesome. Today I had the pleasure of Tiffany doing my nails and I am so happy with them! She is super sweet, really listens to what you want and delivers awesome results! She does a great job with designs too, I am super picky and I have no complaints with any of it! Thank you Tiffany for doing such a wonderful job!

Years later and this place is still strong! One of the places I still know that has fantastic service and great work. I highly recommend it

I’m never loyal to nail salons but Mai at Top Notch is beyond amazing. She gives THE best foot massages and my nails literally have never looked better. I use gel polish. I am in the beauty industry myself and I’m very particular. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I recently moved to Phoenix from California and was in desperate need of a manicure. A friend recommended this salon and I am so glad she did! I made an appointment with T, and she did an amazing job! She works quickly and accurately. A lot of places end up cutting me somehow when they do my nails, but not T! I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she duplicated it exactly! I’m going back today for a fill/​polish change. Can’t wait to see how they turn out! I definitely recommend this place to everyone! Ask for T!

My sister brought me here about 2 months ago and I was so pleased with how nice everyone was and how great the pricing is! I always see Tee and she knows exactly what I like and she is very talented with all the designs I asked for! I won’t go anywhere else! Great service and awesome people working here! Love this place! I have been getting SNS nails for about a year and I would never go back to acrylic or gel. SNS feels much lighter and is just as durable as acrylic.
Tiffany is my nail techs. She listens and always does exactly what I want. I always walk out happy with the results!
You must make an appointment because they are almost always busy!

This was the first time going to this nail salon and I will definately be back. The salon itself was clean and well organized. I was greeted assoon as I walked in for my appointment. Tiffany did an amazing job fixing the mess another salon had done, the gel product that they use for their nails is amazing. I also had a pedi with gel, the hot rock massage was great.
I already have my next appoinment scheduled, they are super popular so I would recommend scheduling a time if you want a fri, sat, or sun appointment. You will not disappointed!

I have been going to Top Notch for about six months and been loving it. Tiffany, is my favorite girl ever! She is super creative, talented, hard working and kind :)
If you want a crazy design Tiffany is the girl to see. She is an artist! Promise you won’t regret it!
If she is not available you can try any of the other girls… They are all very good and careful with people especially concerned about their sensitive skin.
The place is clean, modern, with a relaxing atmosphere.

I have been going here for 3+ years and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I went this morning and I woke up with a smile on my face knowing that I was going to get my nails done here! Everyone is so positive and happy and they make you feel comfortable! The prices are amazing and very reasonable as well! I always leave happy and excited and the best part is that you can go in with an idea or a picture of what designs you’d like and they’ll bring it to life! It’s absolutely perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better nail salon. I’m truly blessed and happy to have found this wonderful place! :)

With such a busy schedule I love being able to walk-​in to places, unfortunately this would be a place I’d recommend making an appointment.
It seemed kind of understaffed for a Saturday, not packed with people in every chair yet they still had to turn people away because they couldn’t get them in right away. At one point there was only one lady doing pedicures, the rest were on manicure stations.
Still with all the great reviews about this place I decided to wait and it took about 35 min until I could be seated and another 10min after that till Tanya (I think that was her name) was able to start working on my pedicure. She was very sweet but my nails weren’t even clipped or shaped properly to fix some uneven edges. There were some small spots were the polish was uneven and I was nicked by one of the tools. Considering the box they keep there tools in wasn’t very clean I’m glad nothing came of it besides a scab. To be honest, for the price I’ve had better. Just takes a little searching. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
