WoW! very helpful and knowledgable for the plans and phones. I was actually at the location on War memorial but I have had reat service everywhere. Drew and his team when out of their way to help me with the phone issue and the plan i needed.

Came here after problems at another Digital Store.
They were friendly and eager to assist me.
Tried a new SIM card (no charge). Eventually said they could not fix the problem, but referred me to a nearby Corporate Verizon store that could.
Pretty much the exact opposite experience from what I had at the other store.

Great service!!! Ask for Devon! Stayed over an hour late to help with a tech issue. and even special ordered a case off of a picture that they didn’t carry in store. We continue to go back again and again.
