The Chocolate Connection has a large assortment of Cerreta’s candies from the factory in downtown Glendale, AZ as well as English Toffee, Truffles, Kettle Corn and other specialty candies that are made fresh in the store. Also available to host private parties, birthday parties, class field trips and any other special event. Chocolate Pizza Classes held for children & adults!

History

Established in 2013.

The Cerreta Candy Company is a family owned business, founded in 1968 by Jim Cerreta Sr. who learned candy making in his father-in-law’s factory in Canton, Ohio. Jim passed the trade to his entire family.

Today four of Jim’s children are actively involved in every aspect of the candy business. It’s this deep family involvement and their time honored authentic production methods which ensure the highest possible quality and homemade taste of every piece of Cerreta Candy from the caramels to the chocolates.

In early 2013 Jim Sr.‘s youngest son Jonathan Cerreta opened The Chocolate Connection at 8275 W. Lake Pleasant Parkway in the Fletcher Heights Plaza. Keeping in the family tradition, his wife Marlene Cerreta and two daughters Aimee & Mindy Cerreta run the Cerreta Realty office just next door.
