Completely empty on a Friday night. The brunette bartender with the curly hair was rude and absolutely bothered by the fact that I had approached the bar. She was clearly annoyed and refused to speak to me, even though we were the only two people at the bar. She gave me an icy glare, I said hello, she continued to stare at me. Not once asked why I wanted to drink, but standing directly in front of me. The employee/security sitting at the bar drinking a cocktail looked at her and shrugged his shoulders. Obviously we weren’t welcome. Got it. So much for the«Welcome to Shifters, have fun and tip the staff» sign. It’s too bad because the dj was great. Downtown Peoria deserves better than this crappy service. One star for the dj.

THISBARWILLLITERALLYPATYOUDOWNWORSETHANTHEAIRPORT. This gave me a real safe feeling walking in… Considering no other bar in Peoria does this. They will try to charge you cover even if it is empty. There are pool tables and dart boards but they are usually occupied by drug dealers. Oh yeah. Every time you go outside to smoke a cig, you have to go back and get felt up by the bouncers. Pass
