Safe Harbor Interlock

Safe harbor is annoying. Reason one. One of there shops were broken into which forced me to reschedule half way across the valley. I mentioned on the phone it wasn’t my car but was never told about a consent form. So I come well ahead of my scheduled time to make sure I needed everything and no ones even at the office during normal business hours which are posted right on the window. I call they tell me to come back at my scheduled time so I wait and comeback 15 mins later and was told about the consent form. I come back no later than 5 mins past my original scheduled time and there’s already someone there getting there car worked on. I wait a half an hour before I even settle things with the installation and then tells me it’s going to be an hour. This is my second car I’ve had to install because the first one I sold so I know how long it takes to install. It was only 15 20 mins tops at the Tempe location. I’m so pissed at this company And how they’ve treated me I’m never going to recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM SAFE HARBOR!!!

Hi guys Brenda here. If you were considering using this place to get your breathalyzer put in PLEASE RECONSIDER. I thought this place would be a good option since it was the most affordable place I could find to have it installed, but having it in now for 5 months I really wish I would’ve gone with my second choice. This place has a lot of hidden fees that they don’t like to tell you about. They also tricked me into setting an appointment and fined me $ 35 for setting it then when I wasn’t able to make it they charged me $ 25 for a NO show. When I called to ask what the fees were the manager told me that all of this could’ve been avoided because they could’ve helped me with my problems if I would’ve just showed up a a walk in. They have a long list off fees that I was unaware of due to their stupid fine print contract that they rush you to sign. And that should’ve been a warning that I should’ve caught on to going into this and now I’m stuck with it :(
So MY ADVISE TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF SIGNING INTO A CONTRACT WITH «Safe Harbor» WOULD BE A FAT NO!
