At S&S Tire Co., we offer a comprehensive line of all types and brands of tires including farm and golf course equipment, lawn and garden, ATV, trailer, commercial and construction equipment. We truly offer tires from wheelbarrows to motor homes and everything in between.

History

Established in 1976.

From day one, S & S Tire Co. has been a family business, taking pride in the local community. S & S Tire was founded in 1976 in Peoria, Arizona by Bob Slagle, along with his partner. After a few years, Bob took sole ownership of the business. In 1981 Bob moved the store to its current location.

In 1986, Bob purchased «Good Tires» in Goodyear, Arizona. He changed the name from «Good Tires» to S & S Tire. Bob operated the store in that location until 1996, when he moved it to the current site on Dysart Road. Then, in 1998 he opened our store at the current site in Surprise, Arizona.

The Slagle family’s two sons, Rob and Dan, are active in the operation of the business. The lessons they learned throughout life about customer service, coupled with their formal education, assures the continued success of the S & S Tire for many years to come. Today, with a staff of more than forty well trained, caring people, the company is positioned to be a dominant factor in the markets it serves.

I have over 40 years of experience in the tire business with the last 34 as owner/​founder of S & S Tire Co.

All three of the S & S locations have a solid reputation of providing excellent service, knowledge, and satisfaction. S & S takes great pride on their clean and professional looking locations. The goal of S & S Tire is to give their customers excellent, fast service. Whether it is small lawn and ATV tires to large commercial tires, we are a one stop shop anything tire and automotive.
