Restoration Studios On Sheridan

So this shop has now moved out into another very small space in the front of the Sunbeam building, connected to the hippie shop. It now smells VERY strongly of incense in Restoration as there is a big open doorway between the two shops. I am not a fan of extremely strong smells that cling to hair and clothing so that made me cut my visit short.
I am deducting another couple of stars for having too many items not marked with prices. Are they merchandise or decoration? I asked the clerk the first couple of times but then she got busy with another customer and I was not going to interrupt another 5 times! Either price it or take it home and decorate with it but don’t sprinkle that many unmarked items in a STORE unless it’s for sale. It was frustrating and combined with the smell from next door giving me a headache, I had to leave without any new treasures. Sad.

This is a great shop to pick up unique items for your home and great gifts for friends. They helped me completely refinish a business that I had taken over and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. My new space looks amazing thanks to them, and all of my clients comment on how wonderful it looks. They helped me find great desks at Excel — a used office furniture store located next to them — and then Nick customized it to fit into our space perfectly. They were great about coming up with creative ideas to help me stay within my budget.
