Dr Klemens
is a hypocritical uncaring jerk. He has cost me months of jumping through hoops to correct my problem. He has steared my coarse of action to the left costing me huge amounts of money and effort. He went back on his word today that a full blown up3 surgery won’t help me. He has also left me in rooms for hours at a time every visit. He has told me deliberate lies about an infection in my bone as a scare tactic. When questioned on it he said well not a bone infection. He has no bed side manner when I asked him if he was making any headway cleaning my ear (because of pain) he told me to shut up and lay there and take it. I feel He then purposely used his suction tool on my inner ear to disorient me to the point of nausea and room spins. I believe he did this to bolster his position of a mastoid removal surgery. He appears to be trying to make the maximum money. His license to practice should be put on hold till he grows.
