Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement which never arrived. After contacting three different stores (Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise AZ) all of which say the other store has the order, we still have never found out where our order is or who has our money. When you call customer service they have no idea who has your order and cannot issue any refunds. Needless to say, we will never use or recommend edible arrangements ever again.

I too had placed an order for my wife on Mother’s Day. I requested that the order be delivered around 3p and the employee said it wouldn’t be a problem. My order showed up at our house at 8:15p that night because they «make no guarantee on time of delivery». Ha! Good luck running a business like that. I’ll be sure to take my money elsewhere next time.

Ordered online to get their Mother’s Day edible arrangement sent to my mother in-​law. I received the email confirmation and thought it was good to go. She never got the gift on Mother’s Day. I called the following Monday and they were indifferent to being unable to perform their job. I had to ask them to make it up to my mother in-​law since they missed the day completely. Then she had to outsource the order to another store. Will never use this location ever again.
The other locations in other states have never let me down before and I’ve always had excellent customer service. Corporate needs to look into why this branch is providing lackluster service.

Steer clear! I ordered an arrangement online for $ 129. Selected another location. My order was redirected to this location even though neither my zip code or the delivery zip code was assigned to them. Called them and explained the issue which was the fruit was inedible, mushy bananas and old strawberries. The clerk seemed sincerely interested. Took my phone number and said she would have the manager call me back. I’m still waiting for that call from 2 weeks ago today!

Walked in…15 or so minutes later I walked out with an arrangement. was satisufied, and the recipient loved it! I would be a repeat customer.

Arrived at 6:20 p.m. Posted hours on the door, and on the website, state open until 7:00 p.m. Door was locked, nobody inside, and no note on the door. You lost my business today… and in the future.
