Lacks customer service, wait in line at the drive thru for an average of 10 minutes and have get served watered down coffee. If you like that then this place is for you. No matter how much you complain or write bad surveys nothing changes. I only give it one star because I can’t give it a no stars.

Obviously the donuts n coffee are delish. The sandwiches, not so much. It’s a microwave sandwich that’s probably not even egg. Regardless, maybe a person with the personality of a dead moose isn’t the best choice to work the window. Can I get a «hello» or «good morning» at least?

Best Vanilla Chai. Worst service. They almost always mess up my order or forget something. Also, RUDE.

Dunkin has the best coffee ever and at this location they are always fantastic with service in their drive thru! James and Brady are always so nice!

We love Duncan Donuts in general to begin with but our great experience tonight really sealed the deal. My husband and I stopped by this location right before they closed to grab our favorite iced coffees as we began the 6 hour drive to Los Angeles. The customer service was fantastic! Typically when you go somewhere right before closing the associates try to rush you out so they can go home– not here. The young man who took our order at the drive thru was very friendly and provided the best customer service we’ve experienced anywhere in a long time. We definitely recommend this location and we’ll be back next time we’re in the area!

Ridiculous! Every time we have come here they are as slow as molasses and it takes forever. This time was the tip of the iceberg. Waiting over ten minutes only to see they are out of lamps all donuts, no biscuits, bagels, and no croissants either. Seriously?! Ummm… What else would we come here for. I guess just coffee.

Walked in, got super excited as the Newcastle vs Everton game was on the television. Downhill after that. Not a single customer in the place, but every table was dirty, trash on the floor, seats in disarray. Took 25 minutes to get our food. Still haven’t cleaned. Ugh. Next…

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a dunkin doughnuts! I go into this location on a regular basis as it is the closest to one of my jobs, and I can honestly say I will never be back nor will I refer anyone to this location unless some serious changes are to be made. I will be going to the paradise bakery next to this location from now on. They are much more friendlier, faster and they respect their patrons. There is an employee at dunkin that has slandered my name to the other employees and has apparently spread lies. I went in this morning to find I had been banned from the store for this reason. On top of that, I was called a «fuck face» twice this morning by an employee on the clock, in uniform, and behind the counter. How embarrassing is that? How is this behavior acceptable when that employee is the face of that franchise and the company they represent? I’m a Realtor and my company is constantly ordering dozens and dozens of doughnuts from this dunkin doughnuts and others for open houses and meetings. My company will no longer order a single doughnut from any dunkin doughnuts location until these issues are addressed. No customer should ever be treated the way I was treated! What kind of business allows employees to make false accusations about their loyal customers behind their back and then take it out on them without an explanation, and in front of other customers as well, which is embarrasing! If I could give it zero stars I would, worst customer service ever!

A friends son was in the hospital and requested pink frosting munchkins… They not only filled the order but followed up with a phone call. Why is this a five star– some may ask… Because they had to hand dip each. It was ready early and went above and beyond. I can’t wait to go back!

Weird little drive thru, but I don’t have to get out of my car! It’s everything I expect from DD, great coffee & fast service with a smile. ***If going west or south from here, you need to leave this huge shopping complex at a light:/ Loses a star for being inconvenient to get in & out of

I go to this location a few times a week being that it is closest to where I live and work. Normally I go here and have no issues, the staff is fast and friendly and they almost always get the order right. However, I went here today and I think it’s safe to say I won’t be back even though it’s the closest dunkin to me. My husband and I went in(we’re the only ones in the store) and waited 4 minutes before anyone even spoke to us and took our order. To which the ‘shift lead’ Kyle I believe walked right past us, and didn’t say a word. Finally a young kid came out and took our order, but didn’t ring it up(so I waited to pay and receive my order) and took 10 minutes to make 2 coffees and grab a donut. I wasn’t rang up until after he had remade one of the coffees, and had to remind him to grab the right donut. They were only focusing on the drive through when they also had customers inside the store with a very simple(but apparently complex) order of two coffees and a donut. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service received, or lack of. Especially from a manager. That is not only completely unprofessional but also unacceptable from management. That itself is why I will not be back to this location.

They open at 4AM and have a drive through! I feel if you’re going at 10am, 11, Noon and seeing them out of the most popular bagels or donuts — You have to expect the obvious, doesn’t matter where you go that is serving a lot of people all morning. If you want them to always have everything in stock, means not everything is as fresh as it should be… that all being said — Dunkin’ Donuts got this far off two things. Coffee and Donuts. With the price, the hours, the drive through, and quality of what Im getting in usually 60 seconds or less… I always leave pleased and knowing that I’m going to return! :) The receipt also has a survey, in which a code is presented and you now have a «Buy a Med. Beverage, get a Free Donut» Boston Crème is my favorite of the 12 – 15 different varieties I’ve tried. Every morning their everything bagels are deliciously fresh! I would steer clear of all the drinks that have ‘pizzazz’ being 90% are sugary, cheap, gross messes. Realize you are not going to a smoothie shop, it is a DUNKINDONUTS. cup a joe and a glaze to go! :D

I have gone around 2pm several times and there are not many varieties of donuts to choose from. Also, there never seems to be glazed for some reason. The customer service is great though and the girl that is usually working in the afternoon is very pleasant.

Went at around 4pm on a Tuesday and they had lots of suffering flavors to choose from. The girl at the counter was friendly too!

Terrible customer service. Coffee is 90% sugar — gross. The girl at the drive through was extremely impatient, coming from working at Starbucks, I wasn’t impressed. The lady at the pick up window was way nicer. We ended up going inside and it took them 5 mins to even acknowledge us, then when the boy got to the register a blond girl with tattoos came up and kicked him off… And was extremely extremely rude. Didn’t smile once and had attitude as if we were wasting/taking up her time. Also, my boyfriends hot coffee cup was leaking. We haven’t ever been to Duncan donuts before and we weren’t impressed with the coffee or customer service, were sticking with Starbucks !

I’ve been to this location many times and have never had very good customer service… Today in particular I dealt with a very rude girl, she had blonde hair and she looked SO unhappy to be there… I ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee… After they handed me the box of donuts my friend and I were waiting for the coffee… So the lady was just hanging out the window starring at us… And she was like«did you need something else…» In a very rude tone. Which her tone the whole time was unpleasant… And I told her we were waiting on our iced coffee… She was like«oh…» And went and got it… Very disappointing Not to mention… One time I was in this location sitting down with my 2 year old daughter and a girl dropped the F bomb… And a few other words I wouldn’t want my 2 year old hearing… THAT Was terrible

It’s ironic that a chain named after donuts really hangs their hat on java. The coffee here is spectacular, not the punch in the face that Starbucks delivers. Sunday Funday here at this DD, place is filled with a cool vibe, employees are wearing NFL jerseys and the service is quick if not totally accurate(but hey, a donut is a donut-for the most part :). The decaf iced coffee with pumpkin is making me as chill as the sparrows at my feet scavenging the lost sprinkles from my donut. Java, sugar, flour simple ingredients for a simple morning.

2 stars is based solely on the coffee(regular with cream and sugar)… A big fat ZERO for the guys that work here. Here’s a tip — if you work at a place that opens early and you aren’t a morning person, then DON’T WORKTHERE! The guys that work here are rude and unfriendly(and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks the staff have issues). The girls are friendlier. Donuts are still good. I’m gonna go to Donutsville next time even though I’m farther away from them than I am from this Dunkin Douche-nuts.

So apparently this is their Carmel moolatte to me it’s more pure sugar than anything else no coffee or caramel flavoring. As for their service it sucked the guy couldn’t remember what donut I ordered and it wasn’t like there was a lot of people there! Ok it’s official I won’t be back I’ll go to paradise across the parking lot.

The ladies that were working this past Saturday were so rude. Don’t sit there and stare at me like I am wasting your time. They had an attitude about everything. Also the donuts we got were hard as bricks. Disgusting. Not a lot to choose from either. So glad someone is opening a Donutsville up the road from us. Maybe they will be a lot nicer and the donuts will be fresher.
