We bought the cx5 and before we left we mentioned that it looked like there was something on the dash… our salesman said that it was just residue from the wrapping of having the car transported. He said service would remove it when we brought our car back in to have the rear view mirror exchanged. Well, after they tried to remove it they actually scuffed it… it looked like they must have scrubbed too hard. So then they sent someone to fix the scuffs but unfortunately the damage was already done. Just really frustrating to buy a brand new vehicle and have it damaged by the people who sold us the vehicle. The sales manager told us it would be fixed but that was not the case and there has been no checkup. I will not buy another vehicle from here.

While buying my new Mazda 3 hatchback… I seem to have a good experience everybody was doting on us and making sure that we were happy. they actually met our desired price. But the ball was dropped after that, it seems like I couldn’t get my sales person to help me on a couple of things he said he would help me with. And then they did not even have a scheduled for our maintenance check after the purchase, nobody knew about it. We went back in and met with a manager and told him that we were not happy with how we felt like we had just been dropped they got our money they sold the car and then nothing else mattered he said he would make sure that everything was fixed. Then I received another email congratulating me for my car purchase and that I had not been in yet for my maintenance check which I had. So I will be going by again and explaining that we have already been in for our maintenance and they need to get dates corrected in their books. I like the car it’s fun to drive it’s easy to maneuver its good looking. I even got kudos on it the other day at the gas station.

I had a great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda. I highly recommend going to see Dee. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and personable. I’ve never been a fan of car dealerships, but he made the experience so painless! I will definitely buy my next car from him. In other words… go see Dee! :)

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade in my car at first, but after test driving the car, it sure did change my mind. The mazda-​6 is beautiful and I absolutely love the interior and how smoothly this car drives. This car sort of reminds me of a luxury car because of the body shape and I love the pearl white color. Not only do I give it a thumbs up for this car, but I’ll give another thumbs up for the service that I’ve received.
My sales man is named Scott Collins and he was absolutely wonderful! I’ve had bad experiences with other car dealerships because of the lack in customer service. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and I recommend people to request him when they go in.

On July 25, 2015 we purchased a 2014 Chevy Camaro from Scott Collins. The experience was very pleasant. We arrived 45 minutes before closing and literally drove out at 915pm with a new car. Though they closed at 8pm they did not rush our decision at all. Scott was very pleasant and basically just asked us what he can do to make sure we drive away with the car we want and after we told him… he made it happen. Scott did not rush us even though the dealership has closed he let us take our time and make a decision at our pace. I would recommend going to Scott Collins the Internet sales manager at Cardinale Way Mazda Peoria if you are in need of a car. He will take care of you and answer all your questions!

I really like these guys. My wife and I came in to look at a used vehicle we saw. We were met by Justin Porter and he was actually great. Justin was concerned and very helpful with our needs. We had a great experience and drove away with a great used car!

Monday-​Unprofessional. Dishonest. Rude. What a horrible establishmentI’m an integrity buyer! Sell me on why your product is best, not why every other product or dealership is worthless. Seriously!!!

Friday– after countless attempts by GM Steve, we gave him a 2^nd chance… tonight he made a house delivery with a brand new car and a deal that was worth forgiving his staff. Now driving a car better than I had originally wanted. And realizing… nobody’s perfect but providing feedback can make wrongs right, improve business operations, & humble car salesman to focus on the customer not the sale.

If you want to work with people that truly wants to take care of your car buying needs, COME TO CARDINALE! Not every experience you have in life is perfect. Every now and then you meet people or are in circumstances that are not what your desired expectation is. This was true for my experience with Cardinale Mazda. It was through dialogue and true customer service that I was able to walk away with literally my desired expectation! It was even to the sacrifice of the incentive for Cardinale im sure. Scott Collins and GM Steve Gaines didnt let that deter them and ultimately did everything in their power to make sure that I walked away happy. That is what I call amazing customer service. It’s because of this, that our next purchase will be here at Cardinale.

Giving them a 1 star is giving them too many. This place and the employees are unethical. They start their spiel with «our owner is a Christian and we are a Christian organization». They are anything but a Christian organization. The car I wanted was coming in a week or two — we put earnest money down so they would call us 1^st when it came in. After about a week my sales girl sent me an email late Monday night that it is being delivered the next day and she will call in the morning. Then I hear nothing. I email, text (her personal cell phone because every time I would call and ask for her «the boys» who work there would try to snake her customers saying she just stepped out. How can I help you?) and called for a day and a half. On Wed at 1pm call and ask for my sales girl… I’m told she is off that day,. So I ask for, Elvis, the guy that was also helping in our request for a particular car. When he returns my call I ask why she hasn’t returned my calsl. He says her mother died and no one has seen or heard from her and no one knows when they will. I felt so bad for trying to reach her and thinking she was avoiding me because there was no car. Well, she starts returning my messages shortly after I was told her Mother died. When I had my boyfriend call her — he said I’m so sorry to hear about your mother dying… she said What??? my mother didn’t die who told you that?. I was so mad that they would lie about her mother’s death as an excuse for her not returning my phone calls and emails. I sent her an email requesting the owners contact info because I’m sure the «good Christian» Joe Cardinale would not appreciate what I had been told. So instead of the getting what I ask for I have to take a call from a joke of a General Manager — Steve. Only now with all the unethical games they play — I was probably talking to just another sales guy. Anyway GM Steve starts the conversation tying to defend this guy and can’t believe he said it (I said But he did say it)…it’s not like him… known him 15 years… he is a veteran! (Like any of that matters — he crossed a line that was wrong on many levels). GM Steve leaves the conversation (he did most of the talking) saying he will personally handle this case and get me the car I want at a good price even if he has to go to the moon and back. Even if I find it in Florida I will pay to ship it here for you — we will get this smoothed over. Guess what? You guessed it! I have never hear another word from GM Steve in over a week. He should have been calling me the next day with his next steps. So I sent my girl 2 messages (one text) that She needs to send us back our earnest money and close out our case. I will not be buying my next car from Cardinale Way. Have yet to get the check back. Got a phone call from another dufus there claiming GM Steve told him to call me. Put the number on my rejected call list… Done and DONE!

I would rather drink tap water from a 3^rd world country than visit most car dealerships, because it usually turns into some kind of hostage crisis situation while they tell you to wait one more minute while they have another «manager» speak to you. Pretty soon, you’ve blown the whole afternoon and leave exhausted, wishing you’d have spent the day getting a root canal instead.
With that said, my experience at CW Mazda was a pleasant surprise. We went in to look at a CX5, and within 10 minutes, we were out driving it. We got back to the dealership, talked for a little bit about what we were looking for, got introduced to one manager who was not pushy or annoying at all, and left. Of course, we got the usual follow-​up calls, but that was to be expected.
I went home, did more research on the car from various websites and got various offers through a couple of different buying services, so I was relatively comfortable I knew what price range was fair. The next time the salesperson called, we were very straight and asked for their best number, figuring it would let me know if they were serious or playing games. CW texted me back a number that beat every other number I received by a pretty decent margin. We went back and bought, comfortable that although we probably could have wasted some more time haggling over a few bucks more, it was a more than fair price for the car.
Only knocks on the place was that the salesperson had little to no actual product knowledge (she was new), and only about half of what she said was even accurate. But everyone else was either quick to bail her out or answer the question themselves. The rest of the sales staff seemed to have excellent product knowledge.
I would go back and/​or recommend.

Very Dissapointed. We purchased 3 Mazda CX 5. The first was when he dealer was Biddulf Mazda. They were honest and reputable. Once Cardinale Way took over the LIES BEGAN. The biggest lie was concerning providing a loaner car when service was needed. Of course we took the dealer at their word. Big Mistake. They say one thing and do another. Is that hippacritical?
The BIGGEST mistake is the extended warranty. We purchased a 7 year extended warranty. It is not seven years because the manufacturer covers the car for the first three. The battery went bad after the first year. We had the car towed, thinking our extended warranty would cover all? It covered nothing. Battery after 1 year is not covered. The towing was not covered. The battery not covered. We wanted our money back for the unused warranty, being it was never used. They will send in a cancellation of the 7 year warranty then they will be prorating the amount of the credit. I will put the $ 2,700.00 back in the bank and pay for a service if needed. The point is the staff changed nearly every time I visit the dealership. Salesman, managers are all new. Any promises at least to me are not fulfilled. The people that work their are pleasant. However each on on a different message. If anyone at that dealership offers anything, make sure it is in writing. What happened to the days of a handshake. The problem is nobody is ever there the next time I return. I am done with the dealer run around.

Typical rude salesmen working here. Came in with my boyfriend looking to buy a car immediately since my car died and i was driving a rental. Was supposed to meet with Luke who I had been corresponding with but he took a different appointment so we met with another salesman who was rude and right off the bat and seemed so disinterested in helping us find a car. Felt so uncomfortable with him from the beginning. Work on your customer service skills please you just lost customers and money.

Giving this place 1 star since I have to ! As a first time car-​buyer, I wasn’t too sure of what to expect from most dealerships. I really liked Mazda 3 and was pretty excited to buy it. Everything went well until I got to the dealership. A man named Luke was who I was corresponding with. He seemed like he could have as well stayed back home instead of being at the dealership, all lazy and looking like he couldn’t care less. It’s not like they had many customers that day. He showed me the car and we went on a test drive and I really liked it. But when it came down to talking about the price, he got his manager who was really rude and said things like «You should go for a cheaper car, Mazda is not for you» and stuff. All this for just $ 500 below the asking price! I would have paid the extra $ 500 if he hadn’t said mean things and been so nonchalant. Ridiculous attitude for a car sales person, given they earn a living by being nice to customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not just because he was rude, but because of their inefficiency and oh-​so-​classy attitude.

Never have I ever wrote a review for place, but I just had to with this particular place. Long story short I would not recommend ever buying a car from this place and these people, terrible service. Terrible everything! No need to say anymore.

Although the business is clean and the employees are friendly, the service and what is expected is well below acceptable. This being my first vehicle purchase, the salesman Eddie, not only rushed me through the process, but took advantage if just that. His attempt to ‘hide’ defects in vehicles was blatant though he ended up succeeding. Also all the vehicles which were shown to me were either not lot ready or Junkers to say the least. After finding the vehicle I liked, shortly after taking it home did I realize not only was it damaged underneath and under the dash, but was unsafe. Their lack if accountability left me with no choice but to take my new vehicle in for repairs at a trusted shop. I would not recommend this joke of a show and if I could leave zero stars, I would do just that. And I don’t complain about services though this needed to be voiced.

We’ve bought two cars here (formerly Biddulph mazda) and we keep coming back because we have the best service advisor. Zenus is awesome!!! He is always friendly and up front with you about what’s happening with you car. He’s just a super nice guy and all the guys in the service office are.
Bonus: free wifi and popcorn in the waiting area and today they has fresh donuts too.
Downside: they wash the car but don’t vacuum it.
