These guys are awesome! The tech was very knowledgeable and very fair. They were at my house within an hour and a half and really took the time to make sure everything was done to properly! They are the only company I will ever use.

Horrible service. Their dispatcher was rude. They will not return messages or phone calls. Our Home warranty company informed them on Saturday afternoon that our air conditioner was not working. They called us Sunday to say they would be there on Monday. The tech arrives late but figures out the problem right away. He goes to get a part and returns to discover he has the wrong part. He leaves again and says he’ll return, but we never hear from him again that day. We can’t get a hold of him on his cell and Aspen Air will not return any of the messages. Our home warranty company gets a hold of Aspen and they are told that the part has to be ordered and won’t be in until Tuesday. I call aspen again and finally got an answer. I asked to speak with an owner or manager and was told he is not available. He was clearly too busy to scold me for being angry but fortunately his wonderful dispatcher was able to treat me like crap on his behalf before she hung up on me. When the tech showed up on Tuesday, he didn’t acknowledge his previous actions or lack of consideration. He didn’t apologize for not getting back to us. He installed the part and left. It’s normal business practice for them I guess. They are Not Considerate of a person’s time or discomfort.
