Advanced Auto Detail

We are extremely satisfied with the results on my husband’s truck. It is 10 years old and in good shape. But we did not realize how great it could look again! We dealt with Dave, the owner to schedule the appointment. James the manager came to our home today on time giving us a call about half an hour in advance. He was very professional and courteous. The quality of the service was phenomenal! The truck, rims, tires and trim were immaculate. My husband was impressed with the engine compartment; it really does look like new. What really amazed me was the inside of the vehicle. What sent it over the edge for me was the attention to detail. The carpet and seats are spotless. James even cleaned the headliner. When I opened the door, even the door jams had been cleaned.
We were actually going to take it to another place recommended by a friend. But we looked for a mobile service and found these guys. We thought it might be a little more expensive for the mobile service. That was a huge surprise, too. The first place we were going to go to was going to charge $ 325 for the same work. We didn’t compare price because they had been recommended. So when we called and found out the same package with this company was $ 189 I was a little skeptical. But as I said the results were incredible.
I was so happy that I scheduled my car for tomorrow! He even gave us a multi-​car discount. I can’t wait to see how it turns out!
We already told my mother-​in-​law and the friend that gave us the recommendation to the other place.

Detail job was mediocre at best. Really only used them because they were already here doing another car. There was a bunch of leftover wax that was missed, and the guy actually used wax and buffed the textured plastic trim areas, causing it to terribly haze up. I’m not talking just one or two small areas, I am talking every bit of trim on my truck!
I called them immediately once I noticed this issue, and was told they would be back out as soon as possible to fix it. So a day or two go by and I finally get a call from the guy that did the job saying that he would be back out that afternoon to fix it. He never showed up nor called to say he wouldn’t make it. Next day comes and I call him again, same story, he said he would be back out that afternoon to fix it. He never showed up nor called to say he wouldn’t make it.
This happened three days in a row until we came upon the weekend where I patiently waited for a phone call on Monday, which never came. Tuesday I called and got the same story and same result again. Mind you this whole time I have been leaving messages with Dave the owner, all of which have gone unreturned (still to this day 3 weeks later). Wednesday came and went and now neither of them are answering my calls, So I offered to submit my review to the BBB and anywhere else I can online and then low and behold, Thursday the detailer shows up… unannounced, right as I am leaving to get some lunch.
We are now one day shy of two weeks before he comes to fix the issue, if you can even call it a fix. It was done half heartedly at best and required me to go over all of it again on my own to ensure it was completed properly.
Bottom line… DO NOT, EVER, use advanced auto detail. My journey to get my money back will not stop, the $ 100 is not the issue, it’s the principal.

I have never had such a good detail an any car I’ve owned. James and Mat spent over 3 hours on it. They used a 3 step process to first clean the paint with a clay bar then wax it and finally apply a sealant. it looks awesome. The interior is like a new car and all the cracks and crevices are clean. it hasn’t looked like this since it came off the showroom floor. They will be getting my GT convertible next month and I won’t call anyone else as long as the job is as it was today

they are the worst car detailer in town, they burned my paint and caused swirls in paint like crazy. i will never use them again…

DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS.
I scheduled an appointment TWO WEEKS in advance for a detail on a Saturday. The Friday afternoon before the scheduled date Dave calls me to see what time he can clean the car *that* day. I reminded him that the appointment was for the next day. He then told me he couldn’t do it Saturday because he was doing a different automobile. Nice huh? So… I reminded him that was why I made an APPOINTMENT more than a week in advance. He didn’t even try to correct the situation.
So…thumbs down «Dave» — no $ for you. I hope your other customer doesn’t flake on you in the same manner. You totally jacked up my weekend plans.
