I had a small job that needed doing… Clear some small oak limbs from my utility lines. Richard came out and gave a reasonable estimate and left; said they would be out the following Saturday and do the job. 8 to 10 days later… No call, visit, Christmas Card or summons… Nothing. Called them back… Left message… No return call. So I figured I was just blown off. Not sure why… Don’t care anymore. Called Tri– State Trees Service and it was estimated, cut and raked within 4 days. I guess Sterling has a better business model they are following than their competition. NOT!!!
