History

Established in 1999.

What started out as a family business in 1999 with 2 employees in a 1,500 sq ft warehouse has now grown into an 11,000 sq ft warehouse with over 15 employees.

Still family owned and operated, Prime Karts resides in Pensacola, FL.

Prime manufacturers heavy duty, commercial quality 3 and 4 wheel bike pedal karts for various markets including campgrounds, resorts, day camps, family fun centers, party rental companies, agri-​tainment corn maize and orchards, bike rental companies, zoos and more…

We also offer a Prime Foam Party Machine and a Huggable Bears machine with supplies where you create your own stuffed animal.

Business Owner

Derek got the pedal kart business started back in 1999 by traveling around the country with his family in a truck and trailer. He and his family would ride the pedal karts around campgrounds which got the attention of the owner who would decide to write up an order on the spot. Derek and his family did this for about a year before settling down in Pensacola, FL. The company is now family run and has around 10 employees. Derek has just expanded his business to include party rentals for his unique products in the Pensacola area.
