Was a long time customer, but was treated poorly due to not being able to keep an appointment due to unexpected work call. Unwilling to work with customers and was asked not to return due to unable to keep appointment.

I’ve taken my pup here a couple times, and they have always done a great job. They cut him how I want, and he always looks awesome afterwards.

I called to get grooming prices. The woman i spoke to was very rude. Told me if my dog was bad, she’d charge me more. We have the sweetest dog ever and LOVES her baths. We will never bring our animals there. Word of advice, tell people AFTER they’re dog was bad that you might have to charge more next visit.
