If leaving a detailed description of the experience at this place causes you to get a rubber stamp response/​wrath from the owner then perhaps you shouldn’t be on Unilocal.If you have bad service that’s what happens. But to suggest that I’m going to stay quiet simply because I know the «bride»?; that’s foolish. To not respond because the «bride» says so is way unprofessional and if your going to have a rubber-​stamp response to a disappointed customer than I don’t see why anyone should do business there. You had an opportunity to respond and choose not to. When you finally do respond it’s only to tell me details where left out and you didn’t mention what was left out. Fact is nothing was left out, if it was you would have said something. As I said before IM NOT THE ONLY ONE who’s critiqued and/​or criticized your business so it’s clearly not the first time. As far as my review goes I will be updating it with a screenshot of your response so others can review it for themselves.

Absolutely disagree with the previous negative comment. I was actually the bride of the wedding his daughter, a MOH was in and all I can say is that I was completely satisfied with Stephanie’s Bridal. First of all, the 45 minute drive had nothing to do with the services they provided and they should not be viewed in a negative way because its who I chose as the bride. The alterations are not free aside from the hemming and that was known from the start. All Stephanie’s did was their job and they did a heck of a great job on our wedding. The dresses were all beautiful and on time. We were one happy couple on our wedding day!

This place isn’t terrible but it isn’t great either. My friend was getting married and when we went in to try on our dresses the staff was a little stand off-​ish and rude. I told the women I wanted straps added to my dress and she said that would be fine. I paid the total right away and paid extra for the straps. When the dress came in the straps were not on the dress which they were suppose to be. When I asked when they would be able to get this done they flat out said they couldn’t and wouldn’t have time to do so. The only thing that saved me was my girlfriends mom attaching them to the dress for me.

I will NEVER go to or recommend this bridal shop again. Besides maybe two great bridal consultants, I had a horrific experience for several reasons. I was the bridesmaid in my best friends wedding so I wanted to be very agreeable to her wishes, and I have worked in retail before so I am usually very understanding. This salon has very poor customer service and there is no excuse.
1. A few bridesmaids were scheduled to have a fitting on a Sunday. It had been in the book for weeks. When we show up the store was closed, even though the posted times said they should be open and we had an appointment. Apparently they had a bridal show to go to, but never had the bright idea of looking in the book to cancel or reschedule existing appointments. Needless to say we were upset because many of us drove at least an hour to get there.
2. I ordered my dress months before (10 to be exact) the wedding and they didn’t get it in until a week before the wedding. I know you are thinking, they had to wait for the other dresses as well, but they had already arrived two weeks prior. This includes a dress that was reordered because a bridesmaid found out she was pregnant and needed a larger size. I was getting nervous about having enough time for alterations so I called the store. They said they would take a look to see where it is, so I was put on hold for 15 minutes (no exaggeration). I was already upset due to the prior event, so I hung up and called back. The same girl picked up RIGHT AWAY! She said she forgot to check and left for another 10 minutes. When she returned on the line she said it was not there at this time.
3. When my dress was finally in, we were only able to get fitted 3 days before the wedding. It was tough to move my schedule around for them, but I made it work so my bride would not be upset by the situation. The alterations lady was rude, and unpleasant. She wanted to go home (she told us that herself) even though the store was not supposed to close for another 45 minutes. Her huffing and puffing made me feel like I was intruding on her time and just another paycheck.
4. We were told the dresses would be pressed when they were picked up the day before the wedding. The store tried to hand the bride and her sisters the dress without showing them anything and said they were pressed. The bride and her sister checked them out before leaving and they were not pressed and blue sewing chalk was still all over her white gown!
5. Day of the wedding, we are all getting dressed and I noticed my dress was hemmed incorrectly. I wore the same shoes and bra I wore during the fitting, but the front of the dress was inches longer than it should have been. We found out mine was not the only one like this. There was not much I could do from there, so we didn’t mention it to the bride so she wouldn’t stress about it.
Again, if you want an experience that is enjoyable and pleasant, DO NOT go to this bridal shoppe. I wouldn’t want anyone else to deal with the poor customer service and lack of compassion like we had to. I hope that the great bridal consultants figure out that they are too good for the place and move to another salon.

I just got married in August and loved loved loved the shop. All of the employees were very helpful. They had a great selection making it easy for me to pick everything from my gown to the tuxedos there. Plus… they offered free hem press and bustle on my gown that was already the best price around. I would recommend Stephanies Bridal to everyone!

As the Mother of the Groom the bridal shop staff were very friendly and helpful in trying to find the right dress for me. However, the dress never came in for the wedding and when I spoke with them regarding the missed date they explained to me that they would not have missed the date had I called sooner. So just a heads up, if you order a dress from Stephanies Bridal make sure you call often so that they don’t miss your date!
