Sun Quality Cleaners

I just moved and needed some stuff cleaned and this place was right around the corner. I dropped off three blazers, a new pair of jeans and a blouse. I asked them to remove just some stains off the one blazer and they must have washed it with jeans or black items because there were blue splotches all over it and it was completely ruined. she blamed my blazer and the brand for ruining itself and for the other clothes they washed with it as well, which I don’t understand because its beige/​pink and was very expensive. she told me it was dry clean only and i responded «yes it is, that’s why I brought it here.» she just kept arguing that the blazer or fabric was bad and they’re not at fault. I was very upset since it was a gift from my husband and refused to pay since reimbursement seemed out of the question. she shoo’d me out and I felt bad for not paying for the other stuff until I noticed it wasn’t even cleaned. my other blazer still had stains on it and the new jeans still smelled like metal. my husband then called and tried to speak to them about it calmly but they just hung up.
I do not recommend this place since they can’t take responsibility for their own mistakes.
