I hired Preferred to take my elderly parents from South Jersey into midtown Manhattan and then pick them up the next day. Both drivers — Rich and Brandon — were punctual, kind, and attentive to my parents’ needs. They said that Rich serenaded them with Sinatra tunes which they enjoyed as well. Both drivers drove carefully, avoided traffic trouble spots, and ensured that my parents were dropped off and picked up at the correct places. I am so grateful to Preferred for taking care of my precious parents and for showing them that the world is still theirs, just not by train. Many thanks!

I’ve used Preferred several times and it’s always impeccable service. Recently my wife and I need transportation to BWI airport. Booked Preferred and this time we opted for the SUV as BWI is a long trip from Philadelphia. Our chauffeur, Les was on time and in a spotless SUV equipped with directv! Who knew! While we were gathering our last minute items for our trip, Les loaded our luggage and had everything ready to go by the time we were locking our door. Professionalism at its finest. As we made ourselves comfortable in the suv Les already had the TV fired up and ready to go. The ride was comfortable and with the TV it seemed like the trip to BWI took no time at all. Upon arrival, Les took our bags out and wished us safe travels. I was so impressed with the SUV and our chauffeur that while waiting to board our plane, I called Preferred to express my gratitude for a great trip and I also requested Les be our chauffeur for our return trip. I was reassured they would do all they could to accommodate my request. After a long flight, I was pleasantly surprised to see Les waiting for us when we arrived. This is why I’ll be a customer of Preferred for a long time. Thanks for a great beginning & end to a great vacation.
