Elite Auto Service

Whenever I am in need of an auto repair I will take it to Elite Automotive.
They have always been respectful and handled my car issues quickly and efficiently. Also I have noticed they use quality auto parts compared to some smaller auto repair shops I’ve taken my car to in the past. Thank you Elite Auto.

This is one of those reviews where I didnt actually use the service. This this this company was recommended to me by my supervisor and I did call and ask for a quote. A lady Rebecca C. Sent me a nice message via Unilocal asking me to call for an estimate. I called and played phone tag three times trying to get an estimate and spoke to a Tom and another person. No one ever got back to me and the one time they did call back they did not leave a message even though I stated I would be at work. So this is not reflect the quality of work at Elite. However they should follow up in order to get their business. As a result I did find a great mechanic elsewhere. I would just like to leave this as an FYI for the service outside of mechanics.

I’m so impressed with this company. I have to say, I completely disagree with the one bad review here. I’ve been around long enough to know when I’m being taken advantage of. If these guys were going to try and rip anyone off, it would be me (because I’m a woman).
Here’s what impressed me:
Responsive — I emailed them from their website Monday night. I needed a stereo/​DVD player installed before Thursday (before a painfully long drive with my restless boys). I doubted I’d get a response (most small companies don’t even seem to bother checking). But I got an email from Mike Tuesday morning. And he took the time to write more than «bring it in so we can look at it». He outlined a couple of scenarios… told me the hourly labor rate… asked about the adapter I had…
Honest — I made it clear that I didn’t want to spend big bucks on this job (we’re talking about a 10 year old Pacifica) because I’m getting a new car as soon as this one dies. He worked quickly and quoted the cost for a new adapter plus labor (no tricky sales pitch). Not a bad deal.
Reliable /​Prepared — he said he could have the parts the next day (check). I forgot to ask him to order an antenna adapter but it didn’t matter because he had one (check). He said he could get it fixed on time (check).
Great Service — see above!
If you’re trying to decide where to go, this is the place. You won’t regret it. I live in Columbia but took a chance on driving further and it was worth it! I’m definitely going back as soon as I get that shiny new car :)

This is the best repair shop in the area. I called in scheduled my appointment brought my truck in and they took care of me immedietly. They gave me the best price i could get in the area, with the best service i cant ask for a better place or service. The people i delt with explained what problems i had with my car (so i could understand) everyone should go here i recomend this shop to anyone and everyone !

I was referred here by a close relative and was certain I would be treated with exceptional customer service. I was very sadly mistaken. I called Monday morning for an estimate and spoke with Steve and he assured me I would receive a call back within the hour. I waited four hours and called back and was told he was busy so I left him a voicemail. The following day I spoke with an associate of his and he assured me I would receive a call back. NEVER HAPPENED! I have worked with body shops in my career but this is by fat one of the worst I have dealt with!

Absolutely the best auto repair/​body shop around. Honesty is the key here. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. When I go in for an oil change they do a complete check. Unlike many other shops they tell you when there is nothing else wrong with your car. Most places always find something else wrong.
I’ve have major repairs and body work done here. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently went here because the auto shop I typically go to couldn’t take me at the time and I must say, I’m now a lifetime customer! They were very helpful and honest about the services and told me exactly what I needed for my car.

This shop has been a huge help. I recently bought a car that died a few days after purchase and they’ve been fast, professional and best of all, sympathetic to my problems.
Tom, the mechanic has been the one who has worked on my car and communicated with me since the beginning. He has been extremely professional, given me good advice, and worked with my awful warranty company.

Horrible business practice. Dishonest owner. Will break your car and then charge you for what they damaged. STAY AWAY!

I have to agree with Jay. I hve been here three times now and I always leave impressed. This is highly unusual for an auto repair shop in my experience. The last time I brought my truck in they even drove me home. This made the service experience much more convenient.
As a side note, it may seem that they only work on Mercedes and BMW’s from the parking lot but they have always been happy to work on my Nissan SUV.

Moved to New Jersey last year, one of the hard things about moving was giving up a good car mechanic. Thank goodness for Elite auto. Great service, knowledgeable and about a million times cheaper than the dealer. For those that think the dealer is the only way to go, elite mechanics are trained the same, same equipment and most started their career working at the dealer.
