History

Established in 2005.

In 2005, Phillip Finocchiaro and Michael McGlone founded CPM Builders. Combined, they share over 25 years of construction industry experience. They formed the company after finding frustration with the lack of consistency in service levels delivered to clients across the construction industry.

Together, Phil and Mike built a strong foundation for the company using their excellent business practices, ethics and dedication. They strive to offer a level of service and professionalism that clients would expect to receive from any other industry. They pride themselves on exceptional performance and outstanding customer communication, which ensures their clients receive exactly what was envisioned and a precise outcome.

In 2008, CPM Builders and The Greenway Group merged to provide their clients with a larger variety of services. Matthew Meyers, owner of The Greenway Group, was added as a partner because of his dedication to his clients and his excellent work ethic.
