And after she took all the information she keep laughing about my name and she hang up wt***

I have been a State Farm customer for over 30 yrs. my parents used Ray Sayre Sr. I moved to Hopewell 4 yrs ago and switched from the Hamilton office to this office. occasionally you would get a friendly voice. usually I would get Chris who always seemed so cold. I recently moved back home to East Windsor due to a Cancer diagnosis. my rate went up $ 36 .so I decided to go with Geico. even when I changed my address Chris called me. didn’t mention a fee for moving. I asked if I should switch offices. he said it wasn’t necessary. I send them the cancelation letter. a few days before my payment would be taken from my account .in which I didn’t have the $ 148 in my account because I cancelled. I even spoke with Chris before I cancelled. it took a week to get my refund. the check is for $ 80? I call and speak with Chris. he calls back. and just said well I moved so they charge $ 12.I said I get charged for moving? His response well I guess the rate is higher there. East WIndsor is higher than Hopewell? SO I ASK ABOUT THE $ 56 they didn’t send me. and he gives some excuse about the bill cycle. I told him I was a customer for over 30 yrs., no response from him. oh I also had a bank fee from Bank of America of $ 35 which the bank returned because I wasn’t refunded the full amount from State Farm. I never write bad reviews. I don’t have the time or energy. my father always dealt with Ray Sr. I think they both maybe rolling in their graves.,

First of All, I have to describe my experience with this agency as horrible. They were un professional, unassisting and the worst of all DISRESPECTFUL !!! I call to inquire about an issue I had and I talked to «Chris Scerbo» and not only did he refused to help me, he start using Profanity. for example he said in a rude manner «GIVE ME THE F**KEN FAX NUMBER !! «and when I told him politely to calm down he said «F**K YOU» !! and hung the phone in my face. And when I called back to complain to the manager she didn’t even appoligize nor anything and she acted like I was the bad guy. I was considering to switch to State Farm but after dealing with these people I will never ever ever get a State farm ins.

I’ve been with them for four years. I’m happy with the service and the cost of the insurance. Admittedly I haven’t had a claim in that period.

I’ve been a State Farm customer for some time, but in another state. I recently moved to the area and Holly made transferring my policy a breeze.
Every time I stop in it seems the entire team steps out to say hello. Very friendly and good at what they do.

Heck, last time I was in the office, I checked out their vehicle loan rates and they are actually lower than what dealers advertise on TV!
I get great discounts at State Farm, simply for having good grades in college, for having taken driver training in high school, staying accident/​violation free, for having my household autos and home insured with State Farm, and more!
I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I’m far from a «pitchman»…
I just like to brag about having truly Good Neighbors at Ray Sayre’s State Farm office and being properly insured at a great rate with a company that cares!
