We took our 2007 Lexus ES350 due to a damaged front bumper. From the moment Becky greeted me at the door, I felt very comfortable and confident that the recommendation from our Farmers Agent was the correct choice. The estimate was provided quickly and Becky provided all the information on the repair details. When we went to pick up our car, Becky met us in the parking lot and reviewed the work. Our car looked brand new! First class operation.

Ingram auto body in my opinion is top notch! I have an Audi Q5 that sadly enough has been into their shop twice in the last year! Once from a dear and the other for being rear ended, both times they did a impeccable job taking care of my car. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service. They are the first ones I will call if I have any car Auto body needs.

I had just bought a brand new Audi S4 and it was damaged while parked in San Francisco. The front fender was badly dented and there was slight damage to the wheel/​tire.
Since the car was only 3 months old I was planning to take it to Sacramento (or even the bay area) to have it repaired by the dealer’s collision center. State Farm recommended a local shop in Penn Valley, saying that not only was Ingram’s Auto Body certified as a Select Repair Center, but they had won numerous awards for the quality of service and workmanship. I decided it was worth a look since they were only 5 minutes from my home.
They are located right off of Pleasant Valley Rd, near Hwy 20 (in the same center as Player’s Pizza) and I went in to check it out. The office and shop were very clean, and it was immediately obvious that these folks pay attention to details. I was greeted by Becky who is the co-​owner and manages the front office. She immediately came outside to look at the car and took notes and photos of the damage. I was impressed that she cared about my predicament and said that it was something they could fix and the car would be as good as new again. She instructed me on the process and said the car could be completed in approximately 10 days. I made an appointment for the work.
About a week later I dropped off the car and Sean came out to meet me personally. He talked me through the particular techniques he planned to use and even allowed for my input on whether to paint just the damaged panel or to perform a blend across the hood and the door. I left feeling like the car was in good hands.
Although I was told the repair could take as long as ten days, I was happily surprised when I received a call on the 4^th day, saying my car would be ready that night. Since i didn’t have a good way to get back to the shop Becky even came and picked me up. Very impressive service, but the actual repair was even better. When they showed me my repaired car it indeed looked brand new. The paint was a perfect match in color and it had been sanded/​polished/​waxed to perfection. Payment for my deductible was quick and easy and I was on my way in under five minutes. When I got back into the car I was again surprised that they had not only washed the exterior, but also completely vacuumed and wiped down the interior. It was literally like they had hit the rewind button and made my car new again. I drove home smiling!
