Rude; did not do what he told insurance company would be done; did not come for car/​call me at the later time he told me; did not give me any paperwork to show my car was taken; inappropriately called me three days after car was towed, in the evening on a major holiday. Would absolutely not recommend.

Booked with Dan through my roadside assistance and was quoted an hour wait time. After an hour, I was notified that it would an additional hour wait. After a total of 2 hours, I was notified that they were not coming. Waited for 2 hours, then left stranded.
