Eric S.

Business Owner

Eric has a passion for technology and enjoys sharing his knowledge in a way that’s accessible and easy to understand. Eric started Tech Superhero to provide a refreshing alternative to the geeks and impersonal computer repair stores.

Eric began his Technology career over 17 years ago, setting up Mac & PC computers for faculty at Cornell University. Since then, Eric has worked for companies such as Staples, PAETEC (now Windstream), and Paychex. Eric is a longtime Mac enthusiast with over 20 years of extensive hands-​on Mac and Windows experience. He got his first Mac in the mid-​1990s and is equally comfortable with all iterations of Mac OS and Windows.
