A leader in high-quality, education-based child care, Doodle Bugs! provides care for children ages six weeks to 12 years, including Preschool/Pre-K, Before/After School and Summer Camp programs.
The BRAVO! curriculum combines theme-related, developmentally appropriate classroom experiences, and a series of center events. Even our littlest learners have a comfortable, warm environment where they can develop important cognitive, emotional and physical skills through hands-on play and exploration. Enrichment activities, such as Tae Kwon Do and Doodle Dance & Fitness, are included in the program.
Doodle Bugs! utilizes unique safety features, including the SafePass system, which is a biometric access system allowing only authorized family members to enter the center by scanning their thumbprint. The center is also equipped with Finger-Safe door guards, an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and real-time, password-protected online viewing for families.

History
Established in 1992.
In 1992, Anna, Clarine, and Anthony Insinna opened a small child care center in East Amherst, New York, welcoming 24 preschool students and their families to our family business. Word spread quickly about the doodle difference. ‘Doodle Bugs!’ became synonymous with high quality child care and a commitment to continuous improvement. Put simply, families trusted us to meet their child care needs and we exceeded their expectations.
We’re incredibly proud of the ways our company has grown and improved since we opened our first center. We’re equally proud of the fact that our priorities, spelled out in the acronym S.C.O.P.E. (Safe, Clean, Organized, Professional, Educational), have remained consistent.
Our dedication to happy children, happy parents and happy teachers has expanded beyond Buffalo to Rochester, NY; Pittsburgh, PA; and South Florida.

Manager
Renee has her bachelor’s degree in childhood education and her master’s degree in literacy. She has extensive teaching experience in several Rochester school districts and her longevity with the Doodle Bugs! program demonstrates her commitment to our mission. Her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm for working with children makes her an invaluable part of the doodle community!
