Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape

I tried calling Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape to get a snow plow quote, left my name, and number. I never heard back from anyone. Strike one! Hey, maybe they had a ton of messages?
I tried calling a month later for another quote, as the winter was getting increasingly worse! AHH! Left my name, number, and address. Never heard back from anyone. Strike two. Not good business to not return calls.
Last week I received a flier for their company for lawn care. Wanting to give them one more chance, I called, left a message, name, number, address, WHEN a good time to call back would be. Never heard back. Not sure what I was thinking considering paying for services from a company that couldn’t bother getting back to me, but in any event, this was strike three.
Not really sure how a business makes any money if they don’t try to get back to potential customers.
I’d say don’t bother calling, save yourself the frustration, and go with someone else!

Have really tried to give Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape a shot. Had called multiple times asking to get a quote on Mulch and Top Soil delivered, told they were going to call back and me following up calling them asking for the quote. Finally got the quote, was fair and around the same price as everyone else.
Issue at hand, was they asked when delivery was needed, I had told them earliest as possible and they said they could get it to me by 10am. After 3hrs past 10am, called and had asked nicely when I could expect the delivery. Was told that it would get there, when it gets there.
We were looking to them to be the go to spot and also a driveway plow contract. At this point they have lost my business. When running a business, you should have a clue on scheduling a delivery. You should also call people back when looking to spend their money with you. Very unsatisfied on such an easy task.
Hope the Mulch and Soil is as good as they claimed it to be.

Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape has one major problem, the owner Blake Miller. I have no clue how this guy and his company remains in business. He is know for taking people to court and suing, he continuously cheats people out of what they paid for. He has tried to rip off his own employees. His ability to cover his tracks online and even face reviews (checkout his google reviews) is astounding.
I strongly warn people to stay away from Blake he is not someone that you ever want to do business with.

Very inconsistent service and if you try and cancel he will sue you. Lot’s of better and more ethical lawn care services in town… skip this one…
