This subway was clean and the food for our family of five was well prepared. However, if you’re looking for friendly customer service, this isn’t the place. Kelsey, the manager, didn’t make eye contact once, or even act personable. She was robotically making our lunch. The younger girl working with her was kind and friendly.

Good typical 3 star Subway sandwich. Service, 1 star. This is one of those places where the customer is more polite than the employee. Ya know when it seems like a huge inconvenience to help the customer. No need to greet your customer, or thank them and you can forget a friendly smile. Thank you, ‘Nicole’ for the unforgettable experience!

I eat at Subway way more than the average person and this is probably one of the nicest and cleanest ones I have ever visited. The dining area is spacious and clean and the customer service is friendly. This is located across the street from the Wildhorse Casino & Resort and I ate here twice in one day because the food at the casino was so terrible. Tough to rate a Subway a 5 star but if I was going to give a franchise location such as this 5 stars this location would be close.
