Specialties
Pierogi In A Pinch handcrafts Pierogi everyday. We are pierogi crafters and make custom fillings each month that is made using fresh local ingredients. We love giving tours during our production process for you to take a peek of our pierogi skills. After forming each pierogi we freeze our product instantly for the highest quality pierogi in the region. When you place your order the pierogi are boiled and sauteed with butter and served with caramelized onions and sour cream.
History
Established in 2009.
Pierogi In A Pinch opened in the summer of 2008 with five gourmet pierogis at a regional farmers market booth in Carmel Indiana. The sales and customers from that one market gave an outstanding «Yes, we need homemade pierogi» locally in Indiana. Our customers shared they typically would have Pierogi shipped from other regions in the U.S. such as PA, IL and OH. In 2009, this was a growth year as a few of our gourmet pierogi juried in the Indiana Artisans brand along with adding a second farmers markets booth located in Fishers Indiana. In 2010, we continued our operations at the farmers markets. In 2014 and 2015 we returned selling our gourmet pierogi at the Fishers Farmers Market. In the fall of 2014 the owners decided to find a place to call there very own production space to fulfill orders any time of day. The location was a perfect match for both production and to try the very first Pierogi In A Pinch eatery with growth to expand our products regionally.
